the not worth downloading for free much less paying 12$+ waste of false info & memory space
I've read better material online free of charge. Disappointing tbh
I like it so far, especially the ability to build up your own map of sightings. What I'd like to see is the ability to add more than one photo when publishing your sighting to the community. I'm not sure why there's a difference for sightings by name and sightings by genus? My sighting only appears under sighting by genus. Looking forward to using this more. 🍄
This is truly the best android app I have ever used as far as user interface is concerned. While mushroom id is still very difficult and will require further home study, this app at least helps you in the field to narrow down to a particular family or genus and ascertain likely edibility/danger before you load your basket full. It's certainly more useful than any of the books, of which there are none which are both field guide sized and provide edibility status. Highly, highly recommended. Phone friendly. Tablet friendly. HD images. Excellent taxonomic classification. Good search/filter features (specific spore colour and microscopic features would be great in future version, but obviously of no use in aiding in field study). Has all the common UK species being Europe-oriented. The only negative is a UI glitch which causes the drawer on the right to re-open after navigating away and then pressing the back button, which has to be closed again. A minor annoyance, certainly not a reason not to buy the app. This app should win an award for its well thought out premium user interface which was obviously worked very hard on, and is much appreciated - a rarity for android apps, even paid.
Really need more. Nearly every mushroom I have looked up. They had no results. Very frustrating for 13 bucks.
It seems any standard mushroom field guide would be better. The number of mushrooms is limited. The quizzes are too easy. This was a waste of money.
Loved it on GS5, won't unpack file of any size on GS6. Update, got it to unpack, but should not be complicated.
Pretty darn good - it is a five star compared to anything else out there, but I still find myself standing in the woods flipping through the photos unsure.
I enjoy the app. It's fun to navigate. They have a fast responding support staff.
Works well. Still figuring out the processes. Has 300 types... I want more 😊
Pretty good but crashes sometimes
Great pictures and ID information!
It's great when walking out in the woods
Love it!
Where are the mushrooms, from a to z?
I love the fact that it has detailed descriptions along with clear color photos. This is an amazing resource.
Great help in the field and the pic's are fabulous
Very nice update, now with a mushroom community to share pictures and get help if you have trouble identifying mushrooms.Super app for mushroom picking. Lots of information, great pictures and a feature that really helps to identify mushrooms. I can only recommend this app.
Paid and downloaded tho Hudl2 and downloaded files, then transferred to SD card. Only showing 8 species - more than £1 each at that price! Maybe it's my tablet at fault as the other reviews suggest a different experience but I grabbed a refund before it was too late
so far so good, cost me 12$ but I think it was worth the money spent.. Happy safe shrooming everyone! 🍄😁🍄
