Not good. Today I had to reinstall de app again. It doesn't allow me log in. It is not allowing me log in with my fingerprints as before. I have tried to call customer service and no one is speaking English. Also, They let me waiting in the phone many minutes and the call finished
I was using another bank account and What i dont like with that bank because of the limit to transfer from mobile app is just 600 euros. So i changed to Bank polski. What i liked to this app is so flexible and i can use the multicurrency card in all over the world. I was scared when i was in romania whether i can use this card or not. But it makes me very comfortable. Thanks for everything i love this bank to create such a great app.
That's app I really need. Its simple, has as many features as I need, including government, toll and transport payments.
Usually good, but too slow sometimes. Lacks some business instruments from web version

A brilliant and effective app. And if you have an english phone the app is in english.
Surprisingly well done, looking great and intuitive in use. First of all, as far it seems to be safe and trustworthy. I quickly got used to it. Very convenient in use and making your life much easier, you can check current status, top up your credit card, making transfers and payments, manage your accounts and many more just in seconds from any place. No unwanted adds.
I would give it five but unfortunately it has a major blocker to make it usable for me. It's impossible to activate it without a polish phone number. Without activation it's useless. That's even more strange as iPKO web UI doesn't have any problems with non PL mobile numbers. So it's not a technical problem but rather someone's stupid decision.
I dont know why there's so many negative ratings am an international student in poland and this is the best online banking app, very easy to use anytime anywhere , plus sending money to diff countries, online shopping surprisingly it never charges me anything which is a plus.
Great. But needs to work on English language as some menus are only in Polish

Very bad Experience , my iPKO was blocked and i am not able to pay my mother's bills because cannot unblocked iPKO on line with you phone service not adjusted to outside of the country time and phones . I asked not to sent the SMS to my Warsaw cell phone but communicate with me on internet but you phone communication is impossible . I have apps on my phone but since my access was blocked and i cannot unlock then i cannot activate phone service. Your given IPKO phone has no communication with my
I tried to make 2 payments (small amounts) and used colon (:) as provided in both transaction descriptions. First one went okay but the second was blocked each time, even though I force send it like 25 times within a week while trying to get unsuccessful help from CS 3 times in the mean time. I speak polish fluently (native) so language barrier wasn't an issue. I removed that colon and transfer went through, wish someone would told me that. Also there's no way to chat or message CS from the app.
UI resets to Polish language sometimes. First noticed approximately 3days ago

While activating you are prompted with an option to do it on iPKO site by downloading code, but option is not working/was removed, which leaves you stuck with inactive app since you cannot go back and re-choose the default activating option.
Is easy and simple. Good to use
Even though my device meets all the requirements for nfc payments, the app doesn't provide me with the option to do so. Contacting the support did nothing. The app design is poor, too much info, options and ads right away. Also, doesn't let me use fingerprint - the app is convinced that my phone is rooted/modified - IT IS NOT, can't check what status the app thinks my device is, I had to figure it out by myself. Would not recommend the bank to anyone, probably gonna change it soon.
After the update, it's impossible to do a mobile transfer. It doesn't accept mobile numbers, no matter the format. Also it changed my old contacts by doubling the area code at the beginning (which also happens when you try to import a contact w from your phone). Correcting it doesn't help, it still shows the number is invalid.
Nice app, but unfair currency courses, ofc it's not the app problem)
Have many languages and very comfortable
Had to visit the bank physically after my old phone number was deactivated, but otherwise it's a great app.
Please stop spamming about various features every time I start the app. I don't want extra clicks to turn this off. I wanna quickly use my app. Also I would be happy if you would turn off this default browser question after using BLIK. Those things are really annoying.
I've never had any problems with this app, it works really well. The recent update letting me buy the tickets for public transport is a brilliant idea, I've used it a few times in Warsaw already and it works without issues. What I wish was avaible is a widget or a notification with the currently valid ticket, so I could open it immediately without searching for the app.
The app would be great if it didn't show completely useless and annoying ad like popups every time I turn it on. Who though that was a good idea?! Please remove it or at least make this user configurable, please.
This app is quite simple and easy-to-use, but it seems to have some problems with the language settings. Put simply, not all words in the application are in English(when main language of app is set to English), some are in Polish. As I don't understand Polish at all, this annoys me oftentimes. I would suggest fixing this.
I bought a new device and I have tried (and failed miserably) to install the application in my new phone and it has refused. I cannot access my account, I tried sending an email (in English) and the person who replied it did it in Polish..Such a big bank with millions of customers but nobody on the team who speaks English 🤔🤔. Somebody please help me solve the issue before I switch banks. I really enjoyed the services up to this point..
I make money transfers inside country and I don't want to fill in all the data everytime. But I can't add my recipients to the list because I fill wrong recipient's address. I asked my recipients for their billing address but when I tried to save - it's still wrong. I tried to swap post code with city or with street and house number but still can't get the right variant. Also there are no any help message where I can see the right format of the address. It's driving me mad. Please fix it
