Lights would be a great addition to my bike if App worked. Sometimes works most time don't! Standing right next to it, have right app and states connecting and don't respond. Messed with them for 45 min yesterday while the guys got a laugh.... how can I get refund or hand held switch because this app is useless! This is ridiculous... Want refund asap so I can get lights that work. If anyone is debating getting these.....DONT

I've downloaded both of the apps but neither will connect to the device. Its a great idea if it only worked . I spent a lot of money on these lights for my bike and they won't work. I am using the droid ultra. Any suggestions

I have tried every one of the Apps and not one will connect the lights to my Samsung S7. Luckily I haven't attached the lights to the bike. just to the battery. All of the Apps by this company is crap. Should have read the reviews of the Apps before I bought the lights. Returning the lights tomorrow.

I had an issue when I first got the lights. My phone only connected twice then nothing. It turns out that the control box on the led kit was not working and wouldn't connect. I got a new box and now it works awesome. It gives my bike an awesome look at night.

Works on my wife's Note 3 but does not work on my Note 5 I cannot control my lights :(

I spent 300$ on the kit and 150$ for them to be put in and it will Bluetooth pair with my device but it won't sync with the app... It the app won't work then the lights are useless... Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I have to keep deleting and reinstalling app in order to get it to connect to device then after it connects and I turn lights on I have to delete and reinstall again in order to connect and turn it off

App doesn't work, it used to but now only says connecting.. Then nothing. Useless and garbage. Don't buy this unit

Make sure the lights are off and exited the app prior to turning off BT or out of range. If this happens just press the reset button. I suggest to place the receiver somewhere readily available so you can access the reset button.

Will not connect from my box to my android phone! Pissed I wasted this money!

The lights are awesome... But the app is horrible. In order to do anything with the lights you need the app which is cool... When it works. I need to open the app at least 10x before it actually connects with the lights. This needs to be fixed asap. if not I'm going to contact the company about a refund... Please fix it!

Just crashes when used on a sony xperia j, works fine on my galaxy tab .

Works really good on iPhones but the android version is horrible..... i have the Galaxy note 2 and the bluetooth module doesn't always connect (after numerous tries it eventually connects), constantly freezes up, and force closes.... Please fix asap.... update made none of the issues better.

Installed on 09 busa, didnt work at first had wrong app download the latest android app it works great.still a few bugs but works
