Troublesome but works eventually. Took all morning to set up on app and then try to get it to speak to Alexa. After 3 hours it works! Not sure if I'll purchase another one or go through that again.
Disappointed in connection ability. Not easy to pair with android and so far not paired with Amazon echo dot which was the whole reason for purchase.
This app is useless I registered and now it won't let me in and the sockets will not connect to any other app or Alexa rubbish products.i am throwing items in the bin/trash.
does exactly what it needs to do. setup my smart plug perfectly. will update this if any problems arise.

Aweful. This stupid device takes ages, doesn't log on. I've tried for hours, u installing this, rebooting everything, starting over. It one time links up and works. A brief power outage and start over again wasting an evening. AVOID THIS PRODUCT .
