This banking app has always taken longer than my others to open but I haven't been able to open it for at least 2 weeks. It keeps saying it's taking longer than usual and my internet connection may be slow. I'm not having trouble with any other banking apps or my internet though. Maybe a software update is needed. I have a Samsung S20.
Used to work fine but they don't keep up with android updates so every time there's a system update the app stops working for several months and it becomes a major inconvenience
Every time I need to go into App - it gets stuck attempting to Open - only way I can get in is to Uninstall the App and Download New - it will then allow me in, but once I exit, I have to do this process all over again. Had always been slow - but now this is crazy stupid . . .
I have not been able to open this app for weeks, the server keeps timing out whether I use my internet or phone. Very frustrating.
Need to fix this app ASAP it's always telling me my connection is going to take longer and my data and wifi is not the issue it's this dang app..
Waste of time! Every time I want to use the app I need to uninstall and reinstall, then it will work. Then I need to start over the next time I want to use it.
App does not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Doesn't work on 8.1 Oreo. Force crashes instantly
App freezes, loads extremely slow, crashes and periodically doesn't recognize login information.
Unable to log on successfully on the first try, EVER! It either freezes or gives me an error message. I have called about it & was told to delete & re-download the app. That did nothing. This app is in DESPERATE need of improvement.
This used to be a good app. But it's slow and it won't load. When it does load, it stops and I have to close it again. This is frustrating!
This app has gone downhill immensely over the last few upgrades. I can log in but it will not load my accounts. Very disappointed.
Mobile deposit worked then it didn't after an update. I checked to make sure mobile deposits are allowed and they are but it doesn't work.
I have had this app since it was Rockford Community bank, I can no longer take pictures of checks to deposit, the option in the transactions section is completely gone, and I cannot find it anywhere.. Bummer😟

App does not work. Continuously getting an error code. I reinstalled app twice with no luck. This all started when Riverside did name change and the app changed.

I got the app because riverside's new website is just godawful. I can't even access anything. It brings me to the disclaimer but i can't press i accept or anything. Waste of time. You better get your act together, riverside or i'm switching to alpine.
App is slow. Bill pay is horrible. Calendar doesnt allow you to choose dates 1/2 the time. Way more busy than it needs to be and as far as I can tell does nothing the old app didn't do. It offers less actually I used to be able to do mobil deposits and even though the option is there it doesn't work. I also used to be able to see an image of checks now all you can see is ck# and amount.. Very disappointed:(
Don't understand why all these apps want to access your pics, and other info from your phone. It's a banking app. not a social app.!!!
But sometimes when used my card it don't take the money off right away so I get and a little over draf and I think u guys need to fixs that
