Used to be able to open the app with your finger print. Not any more. I thought updates were supposed to be improvements?

Everytime I try to deposit a check it finds some sort of problem with the picture. We also use this same type of set up from a different bank and have NO problem!

I can't log in, and it won't send me a password or username request without asking security questions that obviously aren't mine. Some of the questions I would have never picked, and others I answer correctly yet it says I'm incorrect. Garbage.

I've used this app for years. With this new update, this app has pretty much become unusable. I can't even get to the login screen anymore. It just continues to try to load.

The Deposit Check link doesn't work. It only takes me to a history of deposits made, with no link to make a transaction. I updated the app, but still no joy.

Possibly the worst app ever created. Never works. Constantly deleting app and redownload just to check account balance.

INB really cares about their customer base because they extended their customer service hours and they had additional staff answering calls. The app was really easy to navigate and I can sign in using my thumbprint. This app is so much easier to use!!
