4/15/21 I Just enrolled. Cant login in to save my life. Incorrect password. Incorrect password. Ive made way too many passwords and still cant login. This has PEOPLES LIFE ON HERE for it not to work correctly. Now this update on 11/15/21 has been under maintenance for 3 days now and doesnt seem like they know what theyre doing. I might have to reconsider my financial relationship with them
What a terrible app. I haven't used it since 2017. I'd hoped its improved since then...but no. Still can't add payees for transferring funds. Routing # and account # section don't accept characters. Great job. Thanks for reminding me why I do as little banking as possible with you.
Just a black screen. Update... a month later on 12/11 and still unavailable to use this fantastic upgraded app
The ILWU CU Mobile app is a professional, high quality, user friendly interface to all things about ILWU member finances. It works great. Plus, real tellers provide assistance, even by phone.
This app is great and I haven't had many issues with it over the years till recently. They must be updating it on their end 🤷🏽♂️ hurry up we want to see our funds 😂😂
Keeps asking for secure code for every log in. Same issue on 2 different devices. And the support email doesn't work.

Very disappointed with Ilwu,I expected more. Not only people with samsung smartphones can't login,but the still haven't fixed the problem with being able to view your check that have been cashed. Get a better support team! Way out in Riverside can't just walk in like some. Disappointing :-(
Never had a problem with the app. It is very helpful. Transferring money, paying my credit line bill, and checking my different accounts all are easy peasy😁
Please tell me why every single time I try to log into this stupid app it always says my password is incorrect. Then makes me create a new password all over again. I have made about 30 differnt passwords because it always says incorrect password and to create a new password.
Can't go wrong with the credit union they there to protect you the app is perfect especially to deposit your checks saves you the trip

App malfuctions. I haven't had access in months even after downloading the new app. It either says incorrect username/password or site is under maintenance. And don't bother calling because the wait time is ridiculous. Very disappointing and inconvenient.
