Everytime im login online banking but login faild. When i start to new login. I have new password but not login all browers and sides.
Please improve login system. Only put mpin or fingerprint. Its lengthi process

IMEI registration..... really? Despite registering IMEI sms is prompted. I get the 2FA and all but why don't you use mobile fingerprint. It's not rocket science and you don't need to reinvent the wheel over here. Just have a look at other banking apps. Usability is really something that I would encourage you to work upon. It's an opportunity for a co-op bank to stand out and set an example. You are missing on it..!
Corporate ID, Customer ID, theme, log in password and transaction password, in addition to OTP. Whoa...simply use MPIN and Fingerprint scanning instead. What's the need to have OTP for net banking (OTP is recd on regd mob no. and not accessible when travelling abroad). Pls develop a simplified & user friendly app with MPIN and biometric security, at the earliest. Please have a look at apps from other banks [privatized banks]. Seems develpers are useless and not providing any upgrades.
Not at all reliable. Most of the time it says cannot process the request now. Try again after some time. Doesn't work. In terms on electronic banking Cosmos bank has proven to be the most inconsistent and complicated interface.
1. UI is not user friendly 2. transaction page overlaps like PC view 3. If user wants to do transaction, then user cannot put the password. Nothing to say much if a user uses other app, then bank says that is a third party app. So what user can do apart from this? We can not carry System with us.

I can't login in this app since 1 month. Customer I'd given by the bank and password is send by post. When you try to login its says invalid ID and password. I need my bank statement but its not possible to run every day to bank for each and every problem. I am out of station so I ask them for opening my Internet banking. After getting my password I can't able to open my account. Now they are again calling me to the office. I think they have to update their system. They have to adopt modern tech
I have paid through Paytm yet amount not received to the person. Second thing is my Cosmos bank app after putting customer ID and password it doesn't go ahead. This issue I am facing from one week. Even till free number doesn't response after choose ur language... Says invalid data.
Does not work at all. The app last worked was in August 2020 and from then till today its does not work. After giving the customer ID it keeps on finding the ID and then time out occurs. After calling the helpdesk they asked to delete cache and hung up. This is the worst app ever
Very Unfriendly Application. Very Worst NetBanking Facilities Pls make the changes in application as soon as possible. Make available balance section in mini and detailed statement. Why there are such otp's needed. ??? For every single step it is asking for otp. Is it one time password or one hundred and times password! It has been 20 to 25 days for opening the account Didn't received my ATM Card yet. Is the name cooperative just for sake or is it really cooperating!!!
very very slow app and opening with too many authentication. USER ID / CUSTOMER ID / PASSWOTD and OTP. each and every time. I have some other bank's app that is opened only with 4 digit pin. I don't like this app. I am trying to transfer fund since 4 days but din't transfer till today. some time otp not come, some time showing verifing otp for long time. Too much wastage of time.This is Third class app. Inspite of the revew non of reply is received.
Easy to used & fast
The Bank should upgrade their system now. To reset Login & Transation Passwords all other banks use the ATM card no. & ATM Pin. But here still we have to follow old bullish method of answering the security questions which are set at the time of activating login Id. & if we forgot those answers also of security question again we have to go to home branch to fill up the form to reset the Passwords. Such a time consuming and length processes it is. Bank must upgrade this Password reseting system.
It's not user friendly. No clue how to sign up. There is only sign in option. New user doesn't know how to set password.
One of the best secured application by Cosmos Bank. I had peculiar problem as was unable to loggin with my new phone. Solution was informed me by email and its nice to know IMEI numbers are registered then only you can use mobile application. Thanks to this security. Kudos Cosmos Internet Banking team. 👍👌🏼
Good but need some more improvements. Add remarks column in funds transfer mode. So can write some details about payment or transaction. For ex If making due payment to client then invoice no and date can be written remark column
Needs many improvements. There are no options to change atm card pin through net banking. Many time login terminated unexpectedly and ask to login again, but when you try to relogin it says you are already login.
Very nice and secured app
Taking Login process is very long time, again otp, transaction password is taking more time. It's worst time in app. Other Banks don't ask every to step password, otp.
Login trouble Taking too much time to login. Transferring funds is also tedious. After many attempts I logged in and again the same trouble in transferring funds. Provide MPIN and fingerprints options.
I have tried lots of times to login in IM Banking android app. But I am getting the same error message every time Invalid Username or Password. But when I try to login on website using same credentials it's working fine.
Last page which show payment succesfull should not have scroll down bar whole payment detail should be visible on single page only so that it is easy to take screenshot of whole detail
It's having too many obstacles while making payments. It should be a simple and user friendly APP. Please refer to Bank of Baroda's APP which is very much simple.
Need to use customer id and password and otp the process is to long. try to make it short . Make biomatric parallel to single app protection password which user can set which will make the app use more easy.
The worst ever app...wont let you log in...wont let you do any transaction...and will ask ten times this and other password...in plain ...it discourages you doing any transaction... cause they donot understand customers..for them customers come last...doesnot worth a single star, even...but then I could not post this...
Their mobile app is quite user friendly now. While other banks skip this, entering OTP on every login with password is a good measure with added level of security. Just need a bit of improvement on user interface design.
