It is nearly impossible to sign up when the account is for a child. To say the login process is confusing is an understatement. And then there is zero feedback with the provider. Good concept, awful execution. I'll keep requesting DVDs until somebody fixes this app.

Hard or near impossible to sign on for a child. Have attempted many times and still can't get in. Could be a great program, but, first you must get into it!

Would be great if I could even sign up, keep getting error that email address is incorrect.
this thing is worthless. it keeps crashing everytime I open it.. just order yourself a digital copy. woyld be easier
