I had the same issue as most people, it would connect then loose connection over and over. After trying multiple phones and settings I finally was able to establish a constant Quality connection. All I had to do was keep it PLUGGED IN to an outlet. Maybe the battery just needs a full charge. Image quality was MUCH better as well. Very clean instead of blurry before. Try the powered connection and change video quality once conneted.
Doesn't work. Like other reviews, connects for a few seconds ( maybe) then loses connection. Tried using airplane mode with wifi on and same thing. Tried several different phones, all the same.
Worked well with my Motorola Moto Z for a few months but now it connects for a few seconds and then disconnects. Tried removing and reinstalling the app but no difference. At this point it is useless!!!
Wouldn't stay connected to wireless on my phone. Couldn't get it to work. Got about 2-3 secs of video before it would quit working and lose connection
worked for a few minutes turned off next morning. ...please connect to image kit device. .nothing reset reloaded tried another device same message? !!! was counting on this to work
It works fine when you turn off mobile data. Now if someone could tell me how to retrieve the video I took with it......
Absolute piece of junk. Tried everything, nothing works. Amazon should shut them down. 😒
Down load the app and it doesn't work.
Works on Galaxy S8 ..go into wifi on ur phone click on the app there to turn on then go out and click on this app.works great
Does not work. Connected to Wi-Fi no images at all.
connects to endoscope camera wifi, but no picture showing. Android OS 9 on One Plus 6T
device says wifi is live but won't display any output.
Can't see anything. Images are dark and blurry.
You need turn off your mobile data when you use the device

I was worried when I read all these negative comments but everything works just fine. Using a Galaxy S. The instructions are super easy to follow. Just tap on the icon in the WiFi settings no need for usernames or passwords my only problem is that the picture quality is not as good as I expected. But one day when I'm using this for it's intended purpose I'm sure I won't mind
Ok... So at first it wouldnt work for me at all, but I figured out, that it will work on a Galaxy Note 8, however it tries to connect thru the data instead of WiFi. So if you put your phone into airplane mode and then turn WiFi back on, suddenly the app will pick up the camera imaging and it will work great.
Doesn't work on the Note 8. Zero support online or the awkwardly translated mini pamphlet that came in the box. I guess you get what you pay for...
tried to connect to WiFi camera with droid turbo 2 and with Samsung tablet. neither worked. bad interface, no error msg etc. alpha ready at best
It works, but you need to turn off mobile data. It focuses best from about two inches.
works fine with droid moto z force phone, and ellipses tablet model qtasun1, for creategreat_hd1200p ypc100 wifi camera

It does not work on me galaxy note 8
Tried to download 3 times. Waited over an hour between each try. It freezes on installing.
The app definitely has compatibility issues with certain hardware. On my Moto e5 play, the video feed constantly blinks on and off and the app never makes a solid connection. But I tried it with my cheap RCA tablet and it's working perfectly so if you're having trouble, you may want to try it on every Android device you have before junking it.
