It's ok, it mostly taught me what I already knew. I think it would be great if you could set a grade so depending on your grade it would go slower or faster. I say speed because the person talking talks really slow, and I get that a 1st grader would have it slow, but not a 6th grader. Also when you read the books, or answer a qeustion, the person repeats the the statement and it's really annoying. You should only repeat the statement when you click repeat. Please change. :/

Terrible interface and user experience. Image is not wide screen on both app and desktop website. It keeps repeating the same lessons and there is no way to move ahead or go back as you want. No way to track progress. You were supposed to customize the character, but it randomly shows up, without the option to click on it as you want. Needs a lot of improvement.

Same issue with this app as many others - unable to login with child's credentials. Only desktop / website allows login. I'm hoping if enough people give low rating they might fix this issue. But I'm not very hopeful, as this appears to be a longstanding issue with no resolution.

Application is not working. Installed and used recently with no problems. Now when directed to go to app it thinks I need to reinstall. I have deleted app and reinstalled but will not direct me anywhere else but to play store to reinstall which it is clearly there. Please fix. Need to complete homework assignments

What happened? This app was amazing! Now we use our personal computer. The app gives an error about site code being incorrect. I've checked the code her teacher gave us & it's correct. Strange thing is if I use my computer with that code the program works just fine. I'll delete app then reinstall to see if that helps. Will change rating if it does.

It's good when it works, my son loves playing. But lately on my phone at home it won't even go past the login. I've tried the QR Code and manually typing in his information and all it does is load, I've waited up to 10 min. I even updating my phone software and that didn't help. I'd give a higher rating if it worked again. :/

Can't log in! The credentials that my daughter used on her laptop to login will not work on this mobile app. I know for a fact that I am entering all of her information correctly, but it still says that the credentials are wrong. Please try and figure out what is wrong because when her laptop decides to not work, this is the only way she can get her work done for the day. Please fix it!

Glitching.. With a lot of schools using this program while schools are out due to COVID-19. We can one get half easy through a lesson and it starts glitching and repeating itself 10+ times.

My kids school district requires 30 lessons before the end of the year. I downloaded the app but when I scan the code nothing happens, it does not log me in. I was not supplied with a username, password, or site number so my kid cannot do anything with this. Why do districts and companies keep giving us things we can't use? What a waste of school dollars.

Very boring and repetitive lessons. Everything is the same expect for some parts of the lesson.

This really sucks "click here for the right answer *i click* nOOOO0oo thATs noT RighT" and many other problems with this app something other than that to critique is that the animations are very bland the games arent fun or anything last complaint it doesnt identify some shapes or letters like what if you put the wrong coma?Well they put it wrong and its very frustrating

Really good, a little laggy/glitchy, and for the people who have trouble with logging in, you need to click the show button by the password and then log in normally.

This game sucks the living soul out of me. Every time in tge day I have to do it becuase my school shut down. Everyday it reapeats over and over again. The gane is Lazy and very uncreative. I really hope you add more to this app. Also, Try making it less soul sucking. And add more things to do.

Horrible experience!! My child did so much work on this program that wasnt accounted for. Was told my child didnt do any work. The company can't explain where my childs past work is. I personally sat with my kid doing the program and finishing a level for a grade she was in, but according to customer service there is nothing that shows she even logged on. Makes no sense. This company needs a better system/computer program to record what work is done by children not just the amount of hours done.

I have the card with the login information and qr code from my child's school. Both the login information when manually entered and the qr code give the same error that the login, password, or site code are invalid. I believe there is a bug with their login work flow. How can the qr code they supplied be invalid? Makes no sense.

The app closes as soon as I try to scan the qr log in code. If I try to type in the password, I get an error message saying its incorrect but its not.

Can't even log in. My kid is having trouble with logging in this app. Same on the laptop. Also the school is complaining about the program but I don't see no progress about this app.

Horrible experience. Attempted to login in via browser, was adviced to download app, the app will not take the login in credentials. My child can not learn.

App crashes whwn scan QR code. I old tablet time to time the app crashed. That one was Android 4.3. Bought this much newer and poweful but the app performs worst!

Can't log in like many people's issue. Please fix it you guys still have not fixed it. I will give a higher rating if fixed.

It was good at first, but then every time I try to log in now, it keeps loading, and loading, loading, loading. It is actually quite annoying.

I would give it a five star but half of the time you're using the app it freezes. Half of the time spent is just logging out and logging back in

it fun but it does not save ur progess and it gives me the same assinment and all so very glitchy. Im all so using the chorme book pixel 8.So this app is very apseting!!!

Bad, went online and its asking to download the app. Once in the app I cannot login to complete my assisgnements. PLEASE HELP AND FIX THIS!

Have to update constantly maybe once a week or more they are working alot of things out still obviously its always unable to log in due to needing updates so here in the playstore alot lately.....

If you get one anwer wrong it will say a 1000000 page essay on how to do it i want skip but it says lots of stuff i dont care about and it has the audacity to say did you like that game even if its about writing a essay

I have downloaded the app and it still doesn't let me open the app, not able to do homework. Not even if I log online

My child couldn't see the words because they were all blacked out. It made it to difficult to to do anything and my child was upset about it.

This is a really fun way to learn for kids at any age or early learning and I really love the character doesn't mean that do you have to be bored and do anything
