Only downloaded this because I wanted a recommendation for foundation shade, as the Iman website gives no indication of the undertones of its foundations. Went through the trouble of uploading 2 photos and matching the color points to my face, came back with no recommendations. Plus it crashed at least 2 times in the 5 minutes I had the app installed. Hard pass.
The only reason I downloaded this app is because I do not have a stockist near to my home and needed a colour match for the new concealing foundation. I am giving up now as this app constantly stops working and throws me out. Looks like I'll go back to the more accessible Mac.
This was a total waste of time. Even when you take a picture using the app it comes up with no match. Took several photos and tried to use some from my library still no matches. They should not be directing people from the website to the app to find a color match because it doesn't work.
I saw this app on a YouTube tutorial and was super excited to try it. I have yet to find a foundation to match my yellowish pale but not light skin tone so but sadly this app just keeps closing. I haven't been able to upload a pic. I'm so disappointed. Please fix!
I have tried to use this app with 4 different photos. I has found ZERO products for me all four times. This was a waste of time.
I was in the process of signing up and then getting ready to try out the makeup part of the app. It does not work. It shuts down. You guys need to fix this asap
I tried to use the color finder and it doesn't work. Ive tried to even order products but they're not in stock lol idk
I wish I had read the other reviews before installing this app, which, upon excitedly trying it out, I found it's pretty useless. No matches no matter what look I was going after. Either fix it or discontinue it. There are enough unaddressed complaints that the latter may turn out to be the best choice.
It found my undertone but couldn't find anything to match my complexion. I guess Iman is not for me then. Deleting this app
It is difficult to take the picture and have them match it, plus it takes for ever and give you multiple color matches which isn't helpful when you are trying to figure out your specific color.
No matter what picture I uploaded, if it was able to detect my color or not, no product was ever found. Waste of space.
I was super excited to try the app and then when I went to take a picture it would stop randomly.
Every time I try to use the colour finder and take a pic it stops working and shuts down.
Waste of time. Dont download until they fix not having any matches show up. It takes a picture and tells you if your cool or warm but doesnt suggest any products to use. Bummer !
Tried right next to my comp modem, still no luck. Continues to read "extracting colors". Once I exit and go back in it will show my picture but then it reads no match found or no products found.
I really thought this would be a awesome app. It never worked. Maybe it doesn't work for Android phones. I'm uninstalling it now!
Tried to use this repeatedly and it shut down every time. This app needs to be taken off the market and redone. Don't waste your time.

This app would not stay open. It kept force closing. I am new to make up and I wanted to be color matched to the perfect foundation. If the app worked it would be awesome.

It definitely did not work for me... it keeps crashing and it does not find a match to for my skintone. I'm about to delete the app.
Umm...well it just continued to spin saying that it was extracting my color match for about 5 mins. So it was a fail.
The app doesn't work properly. It didn't give me any makeup choices and it often crashed.

After getting my email address, it just keeps crashing. I'm VERY disappointed.
Keeps crashing when I reach the options menu. I'm running the latest OS on a nexus 6P
App works but noy well, you have to take a picture using your camera then select your album in the app. After that it will ask you to edit the picture using their recommendations. No options show for what works with your skin, so I decides to just browse the makeup. So when you browse face makeup, the app then shows the shades of makeup that works for you based on the type of makeup you select. I know its more work but it has helped me a lot
