Feels and looks old and clunky. Will use for access to account on the move however would really appreciate some up to the minute changes as with apps like ING Direct banking for example. Today's technology offers great ways to update for user friendly apps. Looking forward to good things with your banking app, IMB team
Always had great service from IMB and the app does what it needs to do quite effectively. Only downside is that they've only enabled fingerprint and face recognition for IOS users. Big oversight from a great bank. Hope they fix the oversight quickly.
I need to access my account asap but I can't open it without doing the new update! The update won't load so I can open the original app grrr can't do any internet banking. So frustrating and seems to be a common problem atm. Sort this out IMB! The other app worked fine.
Quite often doesnt work, like it's frozen. Also pops open quite often when ive previously used it and then opened another app!! No problems with my other apps!!
Awful, payments have been very unreliable. I've had many times doing important transfers and got "error unable to process payment " and their office hours.. not to mention it looks like a tacky mobile site that's 10 years old
IMB is a great bank to work with but the app is behind the times. No fingerprint login for Android is ridiculous. Menus could do with a freshen up, but are functional.
keeps crashing. won't open when I try and open it unless I uninstall it and reinstall. then it open by itself when i scroll through things on my phone, very annoying.
Poor integration with password managers. Incompatible with copy and paste. Two factor authentication slow and causes lockout in app and Web. No weekend support.
I just recently joined imb the doesn't have pay someone osko payment or transfer or I'd payment no where on the app can I access any of these pretty disappointing
constantly plays up. Won't open when you need it and opens up randomly when you don't want it. Terrible.
It would be of major assistance if you had "login" directly under "register" on the main page. I've been searching everywhere to login to my account since I logged out. Time wasting effort & trouble that shouldn't even happen
Worked great until now. Updated yesterday and now I can't access it. Get an error message when putting in my pin saying "invalid session that has timed out or ended. Please sign in again. "
Don't know what happened, use to be able to open app with no problem, and loved the app. But now can't open even uninstalled and reloaded it but not working for me anymore. It was so handy😢
The app does not work. Consistently unable to login for 2 weeks. Have tried reinstalling several times and have called customer service.
Can no longer log into app since updating. Have tried re-installing and it does not work. Will need to change banks unless imb can address this issue.
Since the last update it takes a bit to load on my samsung I tried to uninstall and reinstall but that did nothing apart from having to try 3 times due to the app closing down
This app is slower than my grandma. It takes a full minute to log in after putting in my password. Not satisfied at all.
usually I find this a fantastic app but since the latest update I am finding it is taking way to long to sign in I am having to use the internet instead of the app.
I give 5 because it's so easy to set up great customer service and I got a call welcoming me I've never had a bank call me up to welcome me before
Very slow to log in after update and would be good if you could check you receipt number again after a payment not just see it the once
Has very little functionality or flexibility in comparision to other banking apps. Bankwest and Westpac are far better.
It works but feels so outdated. It's like an app from 10 years ago. I worry about how secure it is.
This app literally never works and, worse, it randomly opens when I'm not using it.
Limited, can't edit or set recurring payments, no online contact etc usually end up having to use the web site
the android experience lacks the live chat functionality. very annoying. definitely a feature that both versions of the app SHOULD have. the most recent update has also made the login time ridiculously long. I understand the security which has been added, but the point of a mobile banking app is for quick access to funds and transfers.
