THE iMedAlert APP CAN BE USED TO:
- Activate a distress alarm/alert: If you are trapped or alone and unable to shout or speak, the app allows you to attract the attention of passersby or emergency personnel by sounding an alarm at regular intervals.
- Send an emergency SMS: If you are in an emergency situation you may not have the time or not be able to type an SMS. The app allows you to quickly send a personalized emergency SMS to one or more predefined contacts. Messages and emergency contacts are set up in advance in the app's user preferences.
- Send an emergency email: If you are in an emergency situation you may not have the time or not be able to type and send emails. The app allows you to send a personalized emergency email to one or more predefined emergency contacts. Emails can be set to include all the information you have entered in the app such as your personal information, blood type, medical history, and allergy information. This will help emergency personnel treat you better. Emails and emergency contacts are set up in advance in the app's user preferences.
- Send location information: If you are in an emergency situation and don't know where you are, the app can send your location information for you. SMS and email messages can be set to include location information.
- Send your medical profile: Emails can be set to include all the information you have entered into the app such as your personal information, blood type, medical history, and allergy information. This will help emergency personnel treat you better.
- Call emergency services: If you are able to speak, you can use the app to call emergency services.

I think this a great app does every thing I need for medical info. Will not connect to Google drive to sync data always errors out almost immediately.
would be helpful to be able to put it on the lock screen for quicker access by both myself and EMS services.
Love the different categories on this app. This app is on my home screen. This app is easy to navigate.
Have to unlock the phone to access. If I need this app, I am unlikely able to unlock my phone!

Brilliant app but have downgraded to a 3 star rating due to the fact that the calendar format is a stupid idea when you have a lot of details to enter. So far I have found that this is the only letdown
FINALLY! An emergency ID that's simple, direct, and clean! I don't even want to say how many I downloaded and had to uninstall. Whew! And thanks! The only thing I miss is an Icon (?) on my Lock Page that would allow someone to get access to my ICE info directly from my Lock Page without allowing access to anything else. That's the only improvement I can think of ( though its pretty important).
It should have a setting to be able to contact emergency/ICE personnel when screen is locked, w/o requiring pin/pass code.

Can't view without getting into the phone. The app is frustrating to work with as a whole. I can't even uninstall it. I bought a new phone and it didn't import my info. So I am not even going to bother retyping all my info.
Profilr pic shows upside down... cant be edited. Very weird.
I've been using this app on my old Galaxy S3 for quite some time with no problems. Then I got a new phone (LG G5) and it won't work without deleting my information. I was sad enough that I couldn't just export and import my data. Instead I spend my time replacing all my data only to close the app and all of it be gone. I'm super pissed. Onto something new...
Keeps erasing all of my information. I have had to up date all of my information 3 times gets frustrating 6/12/16 getting ready to uninstall this app this is the 4th time had to put all of my information in! Just glad I didn't need it. Sad very sad
Please fix. Would even pay for app if you stop it from erasing my info. Very sad this app no longer any good

Am going to delete the app as this is dangerous. Otherwise would have loved to use it as the rest is good.
Won't let me save my allergies. More dangerous than anything else without that. Saves all my other info, so I'm perplexed and disappointed.
I have a Motorola Moto E and the Allergies section does not recognize the Enter key on my keyboard. Tried several things but none of them worked. Otherwise, I like ap. Hope they will resolve the keyboard issue for my phone.
Tried saving my allergies, won't let me. Everything saves just fine. Would be nice to access it on lock screen, just in case I'm unconcious and alone.
Very good app. You CAN input allergies, you need to hit "Enter" first, not "Save". This will then prompt you to enter your reaction to the allergy and treatment. Then hit "Save". Took me awhile to figure it out.
Fix the allergy section. Then will give 5
It won't let me enter allergies which is the most important reason for having an app like this for me. Can it be fixed?
Blood group section should have an "other' option or an option to elaborate on the main ABO blood system to enable details of additional antigen issues such as Kell. Very important in case of transfusion. Otherwise seems very good. Should also be able to access from locked screen without giving access to the phone itself.
