This app is no longer working. When I try to view the camera it comes on and then immediately stops. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and now it won't let me add a camera. When I touch the plus sign to add a camera it comes up and then immediately stops again. Can you please fix this. My camera is not good if I can't get it installed correctly. Even after multiple attempts the camera is unable to connect with the Wi-Fi, the same Wi-Fi to which it was earlier connected to and working fine. All settings are as required but still. Even when I reset the device I do not hear any ding dong voice as mentioned. Really frustrated with the device.

Awaiting an update for almost 2 yersa to have some modern features for D3D camera, really archaic Interface, and very old features. Doesn't even support non text passwords, really bad!!!!

initially it did not recognize the wifi... with great difficulty it started and was working fine.... then again don't know what happened with in 25 days of installing ... not being able to start it all over again... not connecting to wifi ...and not being able to reinstall it too.... is just lying around like a dummy piece.

The App is just basic. App Lacks the fundamental fast forward feature which is essential to zip through the footage. Also the vdo duration is maximum 10 minutes ... which gives multiple files over a day & it's cumbersome to watch or detect particular movement in absence of fast forward feature.

Iam not able to send an Alert gmail from the device. I tried all the possible combinations. I only get a suspicious alert in my gmail every time the app is trying to send an email. I even turned on the Allow less secure apps: ON. Please let me know if this app doesn't meet google security standards ? Thanks.

Was working great.. then it stopped working at all. I cannot even open the menus. It will flash open, then close back to the main screen. I tried uninstalling then reinstalled. Still dies not work.

worked fine with both of my cameras at first then the app completely stopped working and will not connect to either camera with the password for the camera or from my wifi password. The cameras work, the app doesn't. Total waste.

Not able to set the camera's call function and talking function is not working anymore. Used to be a good app. Also not playing via local wifi. It is routing the data over the internet!!

Hi. Can you add feature of motion detection video (1minute) uploading to E mail. This app is already having snap shot upload to Email,which is not sufficient when I want to see any suspicious movement detected. Hence pls add the above feature which I requested. Thanks.

The screen goes blank as soon as your try to Pan the camera. D3D has not updated the app since past may years. It seems that it's not compatible with Android 12.

I should get connect to camera fast which is very slow. always it is connecting it doesn't get connected to wifi. Even i don't get notifications on time when i open the app it starts.

Better to go for Mi Camera or one of the better brands. This one is very rudimentary. Not intuitive at all.

Good, but huge improvement needed to sell more. This app is getting used by d3d camera, which claims to be world leader. What are the limitations? Overall view experience is not up to the mark. I bought first d3d camera, app was good, I bought second camera, then app is not suitable. 1. You cannot view all camera views in a single page like a grid or at least split screen with two views. 2. There is no Alexa skills to integrate with Alexa devices. I hope Developers and management is reading.

Too many bugs constantly having to reset cameras. Added a new one and can't add it to imegacamera app had to download another one. Doesn't support archive videos recorded. Won't buy again.

Good app ..working good with all functions..only need one more option in functions. 1. alert should have option to be recorded in custom timing (like at night only)..

Very bugsy app. Tacky software. Lot of issues with the camera too. What more can be expected from a chinese product. Don't buy this product.

The creators are not good enough,because their app doesnt have a proper setting to change time it does the job but time is more important guys.please resolve the problem with changing time settings of the camera.

the camera doesn't connect. it took more than 10 attempts to connect. then it failed to connect to net. My experience with 2 cams.

Very hard to setup to record video etc also it's ALWAYS disconnecting which is extremely annoying

Don't trust this app or developer for D3D camera. I bought an IP D3D camera D8862 for Rs 4725. But it stopped working within eight months. Very pathetic and disturbing was the online support. Then we sent the camera to them spending additional money. What we got in return was an old camera. That too was not working. The seller Flipkart also turned deaf towards this issue. So be cautious when you decide to depend this app for D3D camera.

not able to set default cam position. when power goes off and switched on again it is going to defualt position and not the one set before all the angle set is gone. need to set the view again and again always when powered on.

its good..but after new update its not connecting at all...Wifi admin panel shows camera is connected but unable to connect via phone or PC...its the 1st time in 2 years of usage....its may b becoz of update...kindly look into the issue

It's easy to sell something but very tuff to maintain the service to the customers. My two way audio of camera is not working properly.

This app is terrible! It constantly disconnects from my camera, except when I'm at home and connected to my home wifi, which defeats the purpose of a security camera!
