Quite useful, saves time to ticket machines. There is annoying feature that your preferred ticket type has expired and you need to go through the whole process again to get it on the list - that should be amended. The rest seems to work fine

The application is better than one can see from reviews and rating. If you have any issues just write to the support on the web, and they resolve your problem. It is the only application where you can buy a train ticket, and this is invaluable. Design is a bit outdated, but as I wrote functionality is more important here.

Absolutely unclear and wierd application. Installed it just to buy train tickets from Krakow airport, following the advertisement inside the train. After cumbersome registration process, which you can't do in the application and which requires even your personal photo!, I haven't managed to simply buy two tickets - it eventually asked me to choose a stop from a list with no entries. Btw, to buy a ticket you must know a company operator of the train, why?

I payed for one ticket and the received a message saying my payment had not been approved. I tried 5 times and it didnt work. Later, I checked the app and realized there were 5 charged tickets. Immediately I called them asking for a refund. And now is when it gets even worse: they told me they would check my payments and that I should wait. I waited one week and they told my money would be in my bank acc by 16th Feb. Today is 16th Feb and I'm still without the money. How can it be possible???

Wonderful experience, no problems buying a monthly ticket and have the option to renew and not go through all the questions again. Thank you.

SKA timetable shows no trains at 6pm, but there is one (see internet timetable)

EN It's loading REALLY sowly, but at least you can view your tickets offline. It's also targeting Android 4.0.4 so no wonder it's so slow. Developers of this app should get to work if they even exist. PL Ładuje się niesamowicie wolno, ale przynajmniej można sprawdzać bilety offline. Aplikacja została napisana na androida 4.0.4 więc nie dziwię się, że jest taka powolna. Deweloperzy powinni wziąć się do roboty jeśli w ogóle istnieją.

Great app, especially for a foreigner in Krakow, English application. One remark, if you buy normal ticket, 20 min, 2.80 pln, it sometimes is immediately not valid anymore! Also bought tickets sometimes don't appear in control! But they are in history, I post initial review end November, now it's 22/01/2018, no reaction at all from your side. You agree with play store rules, you need to give support, app reported !

Works ok, convenient for having monthly pass through this app as it sends remainders to renew.

I registered on MKA portal by following link from iMKA application. (I can't do it from application itself, but now the problem is different) Then you show me barcode on mobile web site!?! How do you expect me to scan it from same phone I used for registration?! Should I use two different phones?

twallet option is really convenient as no need to validate with bank if we are in hurry. 40 min tkt not disappearing eventhough expired. Need to fix this.

First time used it and had issue when getting ticket checked as QR was not recognised and there was no ticket number to type it manually to check. Should be a quick fix to print ticket number under QR code right?
