Used by over 95% of collegiate intramural sports programs (and now fitness and club sports programs too!), IMLeagues gives recreation department staff the ability to set up sports leagues, schedule games, track players and statistics, run Greek life/group leagues, send mass notifications on cancellations, make changes from any internet connected computer, and more.

Never seen so many ads in an app. Crashes constantly, extremely slow (website too), and not user-friendly.
IMLeague administration: We need to generate more money through ads... UI developer: Hold my beer. For real though, what a horrible experience. I'll keep using UBlock origin on my desktop exclusively for this site and uninstall this dumpster fire on my phone.
Very helpful for collegiate organizations trying to get a sporting event. Really easy to use!
The IM web platform is the worst website I've ever seen, it is way too slow and is 90% ad space. I manage teams at a school who uses IM leagues so downloaded phone app in hopes it would run smoother. It will not open on my phone for weeks at a time, is crazy slow and doesnt have all necessary features and, as icing on top, has sent me spam messages to my phone after asking for my number during setup . Using IM leagues has taken a lot of joy out of the sport and league that uses it.
Remove ads from emails, especially before the content the email is about. On that note, if ~1200 schools pay to use your platform, there shouldn't be a $12 premium version, or ads in the first place; I shouldn't have to see 9 ads when I go to sign up for a spot at my school's fitness center, only to see 2-8 more when I receive a confirmation emails.This app, is by far the worst piece of software that I've used, since i first learned how to operate a computer back in the year 2000.
The ads on this app are pretty intrusive, and really need to be toned down to improve the experience for ad-free users. I understand that ads keep the developers afloat, but the free version should be at least usable. The actual content of the app is quite good, and it's a useful app to manage IM teams across sports on a single application. tl;dr: Less intrusive ads would make this app 100x better The app itself is pretty good
The amount of ads makes the app severely unresponsive on my device. Furthermore, to book a reservation for something it takes an absurd amount of navigation through menu after menu. Having an option to pin a class to the main screen would help immensely. I'll update my review if that's added.
App doesn't work. Riddled with ads that never load and none of the features work. I can't even join a team. Fix the app please.
Ad won't load but can't back up, freezing the app completely. Unusable. Want to charge a monthly fee to access my school's intramurals without receiving brain damage. I already pay fees for that sort of thing every semester.
A garbage app made by garbage people. It barely does what it's supposed to, looks bad, and bombards you with ads. Sure, throw in some ads to get enough revenue to keep your app/site up, fair enough. But when you start sending you emails that are literally just ads and aren't even related to the platform, you're just grubbing for money in a scummy way.
This app is an advertisement simulator. Like, every click pops up an ad and even the UI itself has ads. Like geezus, might as well add advertisements on every UI buttons and even exiting the app, and it will become the new metaverse of ads.
I never leave ratings. But I really, really need whoever created this god awful app to know how terrible this is. A monkey could make a better app than this. If you get passed the garbage ui and nonsensical error codes, you stil have incessant ads that block important information or text boxes. The only reason anyone even downloads this app is because it is SLIGHTLY less unusable and blood curdlingly frustrating to use than your garbage website. Thanks
Terrible app: It is poorly optimized, lags and crashes frequently, and is also non responsive the majority of the time. The only reason I have it is because my school requires it in order to access the gym.
worst website and app ever. Great idea, but barely works. Sometimes I would rather shoot myself in the foot than deal with their adds and lag... I can't believe they have any positive reviews.. They need to revamp the whole thing top down. no ads, better website, layout, login page, everthing... its so bad
This app is absolutely terrible. It crashes constantly and is incredibly slow, and the ads make it nearly unusable. How does an app that is meant for colleges have the worst design I've ever seen? Most first year CS students could design a better app.
Awful! did I say Awful, I meant Horrific! Worst web app I have ever used. So many ads that it is essentially unusable. The mobile app is not full function. Cannot send/respond to messages. Don't get notifications, etc. Message app on web not on Android App. Chat not on web, messages disappear. No App for Microsoft. There's no way I would pay for this app. I would not trust them with my cc info. Did I say Horrific? I meant disastrous!
You might think that the IMLeagues website is bad, but just wait until you try the app. It's inundated with ads, crashes constantly, and logs me out all the time. It is an incredible pain to use and I can recommend it to anyone.
Having been a rec professional for nearly 20 years I’ve tried almost every “team” or “leagues” app out there. I can say without a doubt that IMLeagues has 10X the functionality of any of the others. In fact 90% have barely more than basic messaging for a team!
It helps us organize sports efficiently and improves the mobility and atmosphere of sport activity.
The app crashes every other click and has a horrendous user interface. It displays ads for no reason every minute. Fix the app before you start to monetize it please.
My experience was horrible. The user interface makes little sense, and the amount of ads is ungodly! Would not recommend this app to a single person.
One of the worst apps I've ever used in my entire life. It will not load, it has a terrible lag time. It glitches every single time I use it. You might as well just go online and look at your game information through your school's portal. Don't bother downloading the app.
Much better than old system. My school changed from a no app system to this and I could not be more pleased! The website of the old system was terrible and it didn’t even have an app! Best part is rec fees haven’t changed!
Worst app ever it doesnt even feel like it should be an app. It functions like an app that is still being developed and is out for people to try. Most of the app is coveted in ads and it takes forever for stuff to load and be up to date
awful interface, coming from a computer Engineering student, this is just terrible. some ads would be okay, but it's just infested with billions of ads that make it unusable.
Although the app has good potential and flows seemlessly, my school is not well supported via app and the experience is worse than using browser. Hope in the future this can be correct for Jacksonville University.
WORST APP EVER? Doesn't work. Period. Crashy, crashy ad ridden garbage with an inane video player that lives in the lower righthand corner that blocks navigation rendering the app worthless. And, when you click on 'help' nothing but a spinning wheel pops up. Never loads any help. App ends up crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU TRY TO USE IT.
