Painful and frustrating. I have tried this on 2 devices, one of which is less than a month old. Registration went fine. 90 Day Reports just give "Service Error". I tried the scanning and data input option. What's worse is that I have to keep re-inputting all that information, only to keep getting the Same error message. I have tried using wireless and data connections, same result over three days.

The will not connect so having entered so the information requested, with no other error messages as regards incomplete or incorrect input I can't submit it. Very frustrating as now I have to use my landlord's registration service (they refuse to take responsibility for reporting and have a clause to pass on any failure fines to the tenant) for which there is a charge of course!! Very frustrating, odd complicated though to do the right thing but then to fail due to an early sorted app problem!

Perhaps because the 90 day reporting webpage is down right now (404 error), the app brings up a "Message not found" dialog box on start, and the login page is completely unresponsive. So, I cannot review the app because I cannot get past its initial screen and am not given a useful message as to why. If it's just a thin shell on top of the official website, I would say it's better to use that instead, if it weren't for the awful design decisions there that make me grind my teeth every time I use it.

Android version: After loading the app, it shows "Message Not Found", and even I can input my email and password, nothing else is clickable. iOS version: Seems okay after its loading, but after keying in email and password, it shows "Service Error". In gist, both versions have been workable before but can't be used since June 2020.

This app is not working. Installed it in my samsung app. Tried to open it, but it won't push through. It would prompt no message found. I wonder what it means as I haven't done any transactions yet. I was just trying to launch the app ang get that prompt. App becomes unresponsive after that. Unclickable.

As far as I can see, this app does not work. I had trouble when I wanted to register. The app claimed my email address was invalid! After a while I found out why. If there is a space at the end of your email address, it is regarded as invalid. When I was finally able to register, they told me that they had sent an email to activate my account. But after four days I have stil not received any such mail. Conclusion: this app does not work.

I got the "unable to connect" problem when trying to use the app on WiFi. However, if I turned WiFi off and relied on mobile data, I was able to connect and register. Another bug is that it gets upset if there are leading or trailing spaces on input fields such as username. Can the programmers cure both those problems?

It says cannot connect. I tried to install, uninstall and reinstall many time but it's the same.😓😓 Cannot connect. 😓😓I think same with other services you have. It is not accessible to all and I am unfortunately one of those who always cannot connect. I don't understand why. Only few individuals can. One of my colleagues can connect and I cannot 😓😓😓. Looking forward for a more improvement.

It was working last time I used it which was more than a year ago, but now, it shows "cannot connect" everytime I start the App. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same. Website doesn't work neither. I guess I have to grab a taxi

This app is garbage. 90% of the time it's not available. Usually an error message is presented at the end of filling out three pages. Only positive thing about this app is that it's better than the intranet/web option

Reviews talk about issues in various parts of the app. I cannot even get past the very first screen. Nothing is clickable, cannot register, cannot sign in, cannot change language, this app literally does nothing at all.

The app worked a year or so ago, but can't even log in any more. Just get errors about not being able to connect, the same as other people. Looking forward to another annoying trip to CW.

For those of you that say it works fine wait until you try and notify of stay more than 90 days. Yes you can register but after 2 weeks it says files not found when I check the status of my notification. Now out of time and risk a fine so off to the office, completely useless but no great surprise there!

I used the app twice before successfully, but yesterday and today (June 10, 11, 2020) it won't load, eventually just says "Can not connect or time out" I tried force-stopping it and clearing the cache, but it didn't help.

same as everybody, could not pass registration,it says problem with the system,contact the person who takes care (in thai),I wonder who this person might be. At least i figure out that you can tap on the year to go back quickly to insert the DOB.

Doesn't work. After making me spend 30 minutes filling out long forms, it gives a service error message at the end. Waste of people's time and a huge cause of stress.

I don't know if it's just me but i find this app pretty useless. I have tried so many times, entered my data carefully and accurately but all i got is "service error". I hope in times like these you will sense the urgent need to fix this ASAP. Appreciate the initiative though.Thanks!

This app MUST be used with Mobile Data connection NOT wi-fi to be able to register and log-in correctly but once you do it crashes everytime you press the 90 day report button. What is going on??

Just getting message that says "Can't Connect" as of this week. Used it 90 days ago in conjunction with online (filed via computer checked status via app, could not file via app). Good news is filing online with firefox on a Mac works.

UI looks good. Unfortunately, too many non-existent errors. All we wanted to do is to notify but can't do a very simple job. Disappointing!

asks you to verify account before you can log in, from an email which did not arrive! Arrived in the end. Filled out the forms for 90 day reporting, got to the end but it said error contact immigration. So it did not work and I was in the 15 day window.
