You can search for suitable apartments, houses and commercial enterprises in the desired location, size and price category using your Smartphone or Tablet whilst out and about. The Immobilien Scout24 search app is impressive thanks to its reminder list, integration of Google Street View and direct display of search matches on a map. That means you can also find your dream property easily whilst out travelling. Forwarding the offers via Facebook or eMail lets your friends help at any time when looking for somewhere to live. If everything looks good, simply click to contact the real estate provider by email or phone.

I'm neither able to see the preview of my portfolio nor download it. I'm a paid customer and have taken the membership for a year, really bad experience as once I apply for the property, it takes to other websites like tausch wohnung... If the property is reflecting in your app then once I apply, it should automatically be submitted
The app looks nice and offer somewhat good functionality but: Notifications do not come as often as in the settings. A message cannot be send and when I get out and back in I realise that the pets switch is on which it wasn't before. Then the message can be sent when the switch is back to no. You send your profile and then the agents asks you to fill in a form which is all in your profile...what do I need a premium for then?
Minimal subscription plan costs 60€ and for that price you get nothing! Because almost all premium features depend on the bank connection, which is completely broken! Be aware and don't waste your money here!
App does not display all results like the website. More than once, I have found offers in website that were within search criteria but not shown in the app.
The app is OK to use, would be better if you could select both apartments and houses in the same search. The downside is that ImmoScout24 seems to be used to sell property nobody really wants. The good stuff is sold before it gets posted here.
Your app is good but it has no option to change it to English, so being expat and knowing German it is really hard to follow everything. Please introduce English language option also
I got the Schufa through this app and they charged me another €29,95 in the next month. Never saw a statement saying if i want to deactivate it or anything, they even stated in the email that this amount will be taken once!!
The free app is not very bad, but Plus is expensive and the online SCHUFA-BonitätsCheck never works meaning the result is only then available by mail. The Einkommensnachweis function also doesn't work.
An accidental swipe on the screen while looking for messages deletes all previous messages and contact to a person. You just get 2 seconds to undo. If you're little slow to respond you loose it permenant. I could not find an option to recover. This is horrible!!!
€60 Abo required to apply for a property - beschissen Immoscout will say, how are we supposed to make money, if we don't charge every person looking for some where to live €60? FU charge for the advert like every other company in history. Every property I looked at in the search results only allowed plus members to apply, I bet they make that a default option and the property owners do not even realise.
Not good, I am using this app from starting. Whenever I try to call the call get connects to the customer care. I don't even find a single geniue contact. I don't even know what is the purpose of this app. Totaly useless app
Horrible experience!!! , I cancelled my premium account with them in February. they are still asking me for money for march and April which is quite absurd and I do not understand!!
The app is fine but you will not find an apartment with it. There are hundreds of people applying for the same apartment as you. I saw a place that had 2000 applications. There are often adds with no pictures and anyone can post an ad for an apartment. You can be sending you private information to people that are not real estate strangers or landlords
Always in trouble. other apps work normal and fast. But this app always slow and slow even i have fast internet. Not effective: when you like an apartment and sent a message, and a few days later, you can send new mesaage without any caution (you already did application this item). So, the app is open to make a fault every time . Waste money, İ paid 29.90 Euro per month, and i get only tiny brochure (with schufa). Thats all. And when i sent this profile data/file to landlord cant see anything.
App is fine, you wont find an apartment tho, Owners never really respond, and to contact some owners you need to pay a monthly subscription which is definitely not great, especially if owners dont respond. Plus there are alot of scammers on the app. The only replies i got where from scammers who tried to make me send them money without seeing the apartment. Lol
as Programmer😎 more than one and half year of using it the app is not easy to navigate through full of Ads 😑 where is my requests? " no clue" and I keep having calls from company that want to move my stuff to another place but i didn't finde any other place 😕 also what the hell, 🤯 im inside the app it opens inside browser window and ask me to install the app 😶 not easy to manage my data / how come i trust you with my data if the app have all this issues no enough money?????
They write that u have to get 2 months a Plus membership, then they will take automatically money from u after that... I don't recommend...
the app definitely needs a WBS filter, and a tauschwohnung filter. too much wasting time on requests that will not go anywhere. altbau/neubau filter would also be great.
I like this app. It does its job, but there are just too many problems sonetimes. There are times in which I cant open the app at all, then there are times the app opens but doesnt show any search results. Sometimes when I click on an notification the app needs about five seconds to open. But when the app works it does a great job, but it is just not reliable enough.
A few minutes into the app, and I can tell that this is by far the best experience I had in any application/website to look for accommodations in Germany. 1) A map feature with prices and details. This makes your search way easier, especially if you're not familiar with the names of the streets and districts. 2) a translate feature to translate to any language you want 3) amazing filters which makes it very easy to find exactly what you're looking for. The app works well, but I bought a credit check from them, and as soon as they got my banking information, they automatically signed me up for a premium account! When I took the money back because I had never (knowingly) authorized this, they sent creditors after me. Apparently there were automated emails, but Outlook marked them as spam, so I again had no clue. They told me not to pay anything, but now there are lawyers coming after me. What a scam! Don't ever give them your bank info!!
Very good overall with small implementation oversights. Decent usability, good scam filter, reasonably fast. Minuses: Route calculation only allows for 3 destinations, doesn't sync across devices and you need to trigger it manually for each ad. The premium features seem very thin and hit and miss. It shows stats about pets and smoking but I can't input any of that on my profile. Only allows 6 saved searches, even for premium users. Can't edit saved searches, must delete and save a new one.
Stopped working altogether. "An error has occurred! We are working on a solution. Please try again later." Neither friends or myself could use the app for 3 days already. Could've stopped working some time ago already, but it's not like anyones looking to move regularly. So I'm certainly disappointed, since I am currently trying to look for options on the go as well. Back to browser version. At least it clears up space.
I signed up for your free month trial service. Which I cancelled after a few days as it wasn't useful for my search. Now 30 euros has been taken from my account, I have just been in formed a further 30 euros will be taken next month. I have a receipt welcoming me to my free month, I was told because I used the premium services on my free month, I had inadvertently signed up for two months subscription. This seems like a complete trick, and I would really like a swift resolution to this.
Great app and helps a lot while looking for an apartment. However I have following suggestions: As a tenant it is difficult for me to understand if the landlord gets emails from me as long as he/she deactivated an object. As a tenant I would like to see pictures of the object also when it is deactivated. Tenants also tend to send 100s of requests and it is really hard to understand what was an apartment like especially if you get invited to the viewing appointment after the object was deactivated. (landlords sometimes deactivate objects in order to stop getting lots of request emails). It is also interesting that the app shows more information than web app about the apartment, when it is deactivated. The information about prime status is really not intuitive. I always get "activate prime membership" notification even though it is already activated.
Poor experience and poor customer service: Immoscout wrongly charged me twice for the 1st month of premium subscription. After contacting the customer service team, I was told I should get in contact with my bank, instead of actually refund the money they wrongfully took from my account.
Don't really get why the App is so big, the search function is a shitshow. For price it doesn't let you filter total price, which is already a big issue. Outside of that, it lacks basic filter options such as date of availability, or garage, because they consider garage and private parking as the same - which it very obviously is not. Usually its because you need a garage that you look for one, not a private open parking. Scams and out-of-date entries are obviously also all over the place.
There's some stuff that can use improvement. The "organize by newest" feature makes no sense. Months-old non-deactivated postings mingle with more recent posts constantly. I cannot specify that I DO want a balcony and DO NOT want to see WBS postings. I constantly have "new listings" notification but no actual new listings. I keep seeing recommendations and tips, I don't need them. Immoscout-wide issue; stop giving me advice to get into premium membership. I'm already in!
The app's navigation can be better organized, but what annoys me so much is that always I have to enter the Password to login. And looks like it logs me out automatically when I also access from browser or different device. Probably they try to prevent account sharing, but for normal user it's annoying and going to cancel my subscription.
