Okay first off, this is a beautiful game and I can feel the love that was put into making it. Perfect for scratching that D&D / Pathfinders itch. I dig the retro graphics and storytelling. HOWEVER having said all that, there is a glaring bug in this game that I just cannot ignore. Storing / retrieving / deleting cards is near impossible, simply because the card selection function just doesn't work on the card management screen. Tap it 5, 20, 50 times, hold it down, swipe it, NOTHING. Fix please
Nice game, a lot of playable content. However, the UI design is terrible at times. Example: Leveling up past about lev 3 is nearly impossible because Ok button is almost off-screen (few pix of it are visible, so you aktualne can press it and config new skills). Past lev 5 or 6 is impossible, button is gone. I think you have to flip/scroll the "book" to next page, but the touchable area is off screen totally. There are more issues, but it only shows that this '80s/'90s game UI design isnt good!
For some reason, it seems upgrades to the boat to increase energy efficiency may not work? I fully upgraded the first boat and bought the second one, but both seem to consume one energy every 3 tiles? Regardless, quests seem to be a bit broken in the way that after completing quests later in the game sometimes makes you start the completed quest a second time before being able to turn it in. Also, if you exit the water and land on a dungeon tile the dungeon becomes unplayable and marked as done.
Re-edit: The bug that occurred on my old phone doesn't occur on this phone. Oh and phenomenal job on the updates since I played on my old phone. Everything is running smoothly, I've only ran into some minor glitches which I'm sure it's already been fixed with the update that I'm downloading now. If I find anything else wrong I'll definitely shoot you a email with screenshots. Still a big fan of your game. it's an absolutely fun game, great mechanics and wonderdul gameplay. my only concerns are some of the tokens and items feel overpowered, it's a bit hard to get money for items and upgrades, and the mainframe(?) is a bit hard to use on phones. other than that, it's a great game and i would love to see what's in store for players in thw future
I so much enjoy this game! Its all there for rpg adventurer hero. Map, quests, dungeons and stuff along way, get into combats and find loot and cards. Game uses cards and dice. You can start with a pre made character or design your own. More than one map and type adventure and your hero gains xp, and levels up as the game gets ever more interesting. No wi fi needed and takes little space on my device. All totally free! Thank you developers I can still find the original real rpg experience!
I really love this game. It feels exactly like a d&d. Aside from mediocre graphics and lackluster tutorial, once you get a hang of this game you will know how good the gameplay is. If dev see this, please always update this game like adding new content or mechanic. Also, it would be great if you can change your custom character portrait to whatever picture we can upload.
At first I wasn't too sure about the game. As I played more and more, it actually grew on me until addiction set in lol!! I would recommend this to anyone that has a half hour or more with absolutely nothing to do, because one game in itself is time consuming! Only downfall is the text is quite small to read, prices in the shop etc. Other than that, it's a brilliant game! Great job team!!
I downloaded this game to play for rewards in Eternium. The controls, the graphics, and the gameplay are excellent. This game's turn-based element requires a bit of strategic thinking to increase chances of winning, which is a good thing. Overall I like this game, and I will play it again in the future.
The concept is good, but there are too many bugs, such as the game is stuck while combating with the boss in several dungeons. There's also little instructions so that you need to guess what the symbols mean. The game acts just like it's still in the alpha access.
Great card game idea. Unique and fun. Visuals are a bit ancient, but beyond this, once you get into the game it's an interesting adventure game with well-designed, fun gameplay.
I am enjoying this entirely. It's old school graphics and almost feels D&D ish. I did spend the dollar for 3000g because why not it's a dollar. And even the money seems as if you have to be careful how you use it. I love the little bit of planning you need to put in to progress. I hope this continues to amped up/improved.
I enjoy the game mechanics, the mood, the atmosphere. As of October 2018 it feels a little under-populated but the developers have thoughtfully provided artificial opponent bots to make sure you always have someone to fight against in ranked play. Unfortunately that means I've only played against humans about one out of every 20 matches -- you can tell because their ranking, shown in or after the match, will not be rounded to the nearest 50, and their timing is more human. My advice is to avoid the online player forums, they will only turn the game into a grind for you by convincing you that only certain equipment will get you anywhere. Which is true if you want to be in the highest ranks but it's also a way to lose the fun.
I only tried it because the rewards in Eternium(check it out if you havent!!) To be honest I spend more time playing this than eternium. You can build multiple strategies, and even taunt your enemy. A must try, no need to pay since you can craft anything.
seems really fun at first but it's too easy. This would be ok if there were some way to store cards past 10. This limit is too restrictive, especially once you get a deck size of 9
Pretty fun, interesting concept
Love this game! I just found this gem on Playstore, and have pretty much been playing ever since. This is exactly what I've been searching for lately. Love everything about it. I can't believe it has taken me this long to find it!? I'm still getting the hang of it, but confident I'm grasping the finer points now. Can't say enough good things about it. I'll continue my journey. Thanks for hard work in development 😊 Also will be spending some "real" cash very soon on this game I like it so much.
Could not play because display and layout of map and other settings were messed up. Makeing this game unplayable. I only gave 2 stars because I really wanted to play.
Forces rating really hard. Explanation to things are minor and vague but its fun. The developer is active and is currently trying to fix things whenever possible. Definitely try it out
Having a good time playing this game. It has a DnD like feel,with the turn based play and dice rolling. The ranger character is fantastic can't wait to try the others.
I honestly thought I would hate this game, I was enticed to play it because of another game giving me rewards to try this one out and I'm not going to lie I actually like it! I have never understood this type of game until now it's very informative and easy to play! I will actually recommend this one. :-). Thank you Eternium for recommending this game!
Really fun game so far. Don't pay attention to those idiots who say the game has a steep learning curve, I found it to be very easy and engaging. Its really fun if you ever enjoyed card games like Magic The Gathering or any other card games, Yu Gi Oh..etc. Etherium advertised this game and I'm glad they did.
I'm fully enjoying this, for some reason the awakening of an ally locks up my game. The graphics could use an update to be a bit smoother.
The concept is neat but the UI is really unintuitive. Some people don't have much time to play, take that into account as well.
I love this game. Asmodee abandoned the (excellent) Pathfinder Adventures but this game is here and fills the void. The developer is excellent, regular content updates and plenty of care. Highly recommended
The ui on cards is broken. If you tap once on a card it counts as two taps, and the game crashes itself way too often
Update: I'm not only the top player, but I've leveled up so much that my game now crashes every time I open it. I'm level 102 or 103. This game is still my favorite. On to actual review. I'll be totally honest, it's got flaws. Game crashing bugs, misspelling in the story/dialogue, and no redemption if you fail certain things. That being said, I love this game. It's free, there are no ads, and it's a pretty good and at times simplistic and repetitive crawler. Give it a try.
