Imo's Pizza

5 star for my Local Imos <3 Food and Customer service is always on point. 4 star for the app. Only because I had to switch phones to order because it told me a piece of info was incorrect but not which one specifically. On the one I switched to, it let me know it was SUPPOSEDLY an "invalid phone number". So I was allowed to fix the problem by changing the number.

We love the pizza but I agree the app needs a lot of work. For example, it gives you an option to save payment info but when you are checking out there isn't an option to use a saved payment when checking out.

I love Imo's, but the app and the website are both the most awful online ordering experience I have every used! I can't add coupons or complete checkout. All your competitors have figured this out. I usually just end up calling. Android 9 Pixel 3.

This is by far the worst food app I have ever used. I couldn't even begin to describe the myriad errors and inconveniences I've encountered in just one year. The average high school student could write a less buggy app.

The pizza is AWESOME but this app is the WORSE. I selected a pizza coupon to use for my delivery order but get the warning message that I cannot use the coupon because it can only be applied to a delivery order. WTH? Then I began a different order and attempted to enter credit card info but it NEVER asked for the card number after I entered my name and billing address. Exhausted, frustrated and hungry now. I guess I'm having a fried bologna sandwich for dinner tonight.

New App is Garbage! I've had an imo's account for over 10 years and the new app deleted my account info and reward history. Now it is defaulted to my work address and wont allow me to add my home address or search for imos locations near my home.

Imos makes great pizza but...they have no clue about technology. This app is not intuitive, and difficult to use. They should look at Domino's...after trying to order Imos for about 15 minutes I gave up and ordered from Domino's.

Couldn't place order with the app. Tried creating an online account, didn't help. Web page via a web browser is better.

This app suck, If i could give it no stars i would. Ever time you try to check out it goies back to the location screen, even if you have already done you location. It sucks. I love the food, but this app is an embarrassment!

This app is terrible. Always shows me the wrong store. says my store is closed when it is open...I could go on and on. Imo's should be embarrassed by this thing they call an app.

Easy. Not one issue placing my order on the app. Can add or remove ingredients as I want.

This app is great. It makes it so easy to order. There are several menu selections. I was not disappointed.

Started out really good. Having issues now. Unable to open the App in November so far

I've never seen an app any harder to order from than this one evidently they don't want our business.

Imos is amazing, though the app a little unpolished. It works though!

So glad you guys finally created your app. So much easier to order on the go!

Worst App ever. Keeps saying my billing address is wrong but it is not.
