IMPACT Plus

Impact Plus is a decent streaming service. If you're a fan of professional wrestling I would definitely recommend. If you're using a Roku you might have to sign in and connect your device frequently. On the Chromecast they do have commercials and even on the Roku they have inserts to wear commercial should be the screen goes black for a second even during pay-per-views. Regardless it is a good service The only drawback they need to add more of their classic content the impact TV show

Paid subscription that doesn't run out until August. But cannot access ANY content anymore! On the app for Android or anywhere else, I'm being asked to set up a new subscription & when I try I'm told my current subscription is still active and so can't do that.

Love the product but the app recently has become a nightmare, all the latest episodes of Impact or BTI don't work, I touch to watch but the previous weeks will play with no sign of the latest episodes. It's annoying as you want to keep up with it and keep upto date before the PPVs but can't.

Good,but needs major improvements, first the screen rotation option,it never rotates to landscape if screen rotation is disabled in the system,and next it never have a list of all impact episodes and ppvs,WWE network interface is so easy then you can find the first episode of raw and can find 30 to 40 years years old episodes to watch, impact wrestling also had 20 years,but the app still needs improvements

3rd chance: I want to like Impact. The production is absolute garbage. They can't even hold a candle to college student webcasts or volunteer-based local sports production. It's unbearably bad. Also, "try for free" and it immediately starts a paid subscription. I've given this app and its subscription 3 separate chances. Shame on me. Learn from my naive optimism.

App crashes after 90 seconds. Can't even watch. Tried to contact support. "Error could not send". Email sent - no reply. TV app doesn't work. Spent over $100 on a subscription I cannot use.

Ever since the Anthem takeover, the app has stopped working for me. It just says "cannot initialize the app, contact the admin." Well, I contacted the admin and got no response whatsoever. Had to cancel my subscription due to this terrible service. Not even worth 1 Star currently. Return to one of your old user interfaces

Not a good Chromecast experience so far. When casting the event starts again at the beginning with no possibility to fast forward or rewind. The live stream option does not have a casting icon at all. Additionally, the app does not seem to save your place to return to a video in progress which is very inconvenient with 2-3 hr. events. Hopefully a portion of the $$$ for my annual subscription can be put toward development to make it easier to enjoy the content.

If you want to watch a certain ppv it won't allow you to find it, it's 2022, if I want to watch a 2013 ppv I should be able to put the name and date in and it should show it, instead it shows every other year or something else, fite TV Is a better app for sure

Good app. I have not had trouble with playback and there's quite a bit of content, however, I cannot find where to buy the latest Slammiversary. I would also like to see a fast forward and rewind button (10 & 30 seconds) so I can just skip to the matches for friendlier navigation, but that's really the only slight improvement that I can really think of.

This app is one of the worse app I have encountered in a long time. I was expecting better from Impact. But it makes sense that the chromecast button does not work. Luckily I have a roku,l but if I did not, I would not be able to watch on my TV screen. Don't waste your time if you only have chromecast. Compared to peacock, honor club and IWTV, this app rates among the worse. Also, it seems like the team responsible for trouble shooting the app do not care at all.

I had no problem with Impact Plus, but the migration to Impact TV has been one of the worst experiences I have had with any streaming service. I was not able to restore my subscription. No one responds to the auth0 emails even though it says to reply. Anthem support doesn't respond either. The Contact Us page on the website doesn't even work. I got fed up with no one responding to my emails and I just started a new subscription. Now I find out that the new app doesn't even work with chromecast.

Wish I could give minus stars. The app is completely useless on ALL platforms. It doesn't connect to Chromecast anymore so I've had to cast it to my Amazon Fire TV stick. And now, randomly, it doesn't connect to that either. I also used to use the standalone Amazon Fire TV app and since the "upgrade" to Impact TV none of the videos on there even play anymore.

App worked okay until recently. Pay my subscription, don't get access to any content. Cancel it and request refund, then try again. Don't get access to any content. Throughout this process over a week, I've sent several emails asking them to fix this issue for me. No response. Yet they've sent two emails demanding payment I had already made, else my account will be removed in a month's time. I guess they don't want people's business. I recommend using their YouTube Insiders subscription instead

It's a great application, the only issue is there are several YEARS, in the search where you're unable to view any matches. For example it jumps from 2008 to either 2013 or 2015. Sidenote. nothing to do with the rating, but would it be possible to set up a search by wrestler/knockout system.

Technically my score given is 3.5 ⭐. The content is great! However 2 things to be improved that would knock this up to a 5 would be a cleaner, simpler layout for viewing different shows. Such as tabs instead of thumbnails. The second would he to allow automatic video playing so after one episode is completed another plays without me having to select it. Again great content, but needs some sprucing up!

Trying to watch the latest impact show but I click on the thumbnail and it redirects to last week and the folder hasn't updated with the latest episode had to resort going through Google and watching via the website

Update : finally can play on roku. Still can't on Google devices. Opened a ticket almost a year ago. Still haven't heard anything Great content, horrible app. Cannot stream to any Google device or otherwise. Cannot log in correctly on the roku even after I did the stupid sign up thing to confirm my account. I wish I hadn't subbed for a year and want a full refund but that will never happen.

App or website does not work properly. Just paid 2 separate subscription fees and still get asked to pay for a subscription. You got my money twice already give me access or give me my money back!!!!

*Edit* since the August 24th update the app will finally connect to Chromecast so that's a slight improvement. Unfortunately when casting, the video you're watching will randomly restart from the beginning, so it's still basically unwatchable. App needs a serious overhaul honestly. Doesn't connect to Chromecast. This basic functionality needs fixing asap. It's a shame as it love to catch up with impact wrestling and would probably subscribe if it worked.

App still needs work. Such as: having access to all the "resume watching" videos on home screen, being able to watch the next episode of Impact for example automatically and why the full screen video player is not fully full screen (Android app). The WWE app can do all of this but at least the Impact Plus app is more better presented.

The app would be a lot better if I could actually watch anything on it. As soon as I'm logged in on my phone the app just completely stops working like I'm not paying 7.99 for an app that doesn't work. Either fix this or your your gonna have 1 less subscriber. Not to mention the fact that when I could watch anything on the app it was like last time with no fast-forward 30 seconds or rewind 30 seconds ahead.

I got the paid subscription. For some reason, I still get numerous ad interruptions throughout on the old library content, sometimes in 3-ad blocks at 30 seconds each. It's incredibly annoying and distracting and didn't happen when I first signed up. I think paying for a subscription entitles me to not have to put up with YouTube style ads. Also, you can't watch current PPVs with it like WWE network. You're essentially paying for access to the library, so I hope you're huge TNA/Impact fans.

Not the best app but gets the job done for watching TNA I was really invested then came to realize that it's miss ALOT of content wish I had of realized that before subscribing for so long

Apparently I'm subscribed twice and keep getting emails saying not subscribed please pay. I enter all my information on the app and I am locked out of everything. This app needs a major update.

Decided to try this app again and it's the same issue. Subscribed once again and still everything is locked. Go to see what's wrong and it says I'm subscribed. Get yall act together

Add Impact Wrestling 2008-2016 years as well, not just selected episodes from 2008, 2015-2016 and your missing all of 2009-2014. Please make a deal with Viacom or whoever owns the rights to those episodes.
