The app never said how much money I had on my card. Even after I used it. No helpful at all.

I've been trying to have my card replaced for 3 months now, I have money on that card I need to pay bills or I'm going to be homeless..I've asked them to transfer my money to my venmo card and they pretend like they don't understand what I'm saying. VERY VERY BAD COMPANY DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY! IM CALLNG THE FBI MONDAY IF I CANT GET THESE CROOKS TO COMPLY WITH MY REQUEST...
