Login always failed while using user/password. But request a QR code from your account via their web site, then login the app successfully by scanning QR code sent to your email.

It was so far so good. But now when I try to use app with mobile data, trying to register and gives me error. It's OK for Wi Fi users. Please fix the issue, I can't make long distance call anymore by using mobile data where I don't have wifi service.
Awful. It simply doesn't work. It only gives "server error" when trying to sign in.
I have LG g3 phone. I use phone app on my mobile data. But when my phone screen is off or I close phone app. I unable to get incoming phone call in my app. I contact with impact connect technician. But he unable to help me to solve this problem. My previous company app was working with my mobile data. That's why I give one star for this app.
On Samsun Galaxy J7 I can just receive calls, I get an error when dialing out.
This app is a trap game... Watch for the service bait and switch. You are told to download the app and use it with your plan. Doing so causes you to incur their standard charges. Also OneTouch service doesn't work as advertised. Therefore the app is useless.. You are better off with any other VOIP service. How can you use a preferred WiFi network when most networks require a SSID? The app never prompts you to enter one nor does it show you available networks... So guess what that means? Your data?
to the point that I am seriously considering getting back even to my old long distance provider. Never used it as it never worked. Uninstalled it.
Works again on my phone after the newest update. Also getting a bit faster. Way to go.
Application worked in the background for the longest time now if in background can't receive calls or even if my phones screen is black the app has to be open and running and I have to be looking right at it to receive calls :( please fix !!

Not working at all on my S5.
Downloaded and unistalled 3 timea already on my android, nexus phone.Cant even open. Key part of the service im paying for. If not fixed eithin 48hrs, im cancelling my services.
Started using this app for last 2 days. No problem with call connection, but other side folks complaining that my voice is too low. I could hear them nicely.
Used to work with android 4.4 but doesn't work with lollipop..
The app doesn't work on Comcast WiFi. Calls to India go through fine but get disconnected when the party answers.
Is this app or a crazy joke
Similar to other users the app fails to connect to my account, giving a server error. I am using a Galaxy Note 4 running Android 6.01 in case any developers are reading this.
