App works well on phone. Please develop an extension which is compatible with Apple and Android watches, so we don't have to pull out our phones.

The app is functional, which prevents it from getting a 1 star review. It is constantly turning off my bluetooth connections with no explanation about why it is doing that. The interface on the app provides no information, no options to change functionality, etc. You have to find the app icon on your phone and get into the App Info screen to change anything, and then all of the options are poorly worded so you have no idea what you're tinkering with. I'm out of space to complain or I'd go on...

Mandatory to view pay stubs, benefit selections, annual work required competencies. Stopped working. IT dept said my serial number no longer matched (?). Rec'd un-install and reinstall. Uninstall successful. Reinstall just sits and spins waiting to download. Attempted 4 times in the last hour. Would never recommend this app! Not to mention all the Bluetooth issues people mentioned if it is loaded. I will keep calling IT for a temporary sign on I guess. Horrible waste of time!

This is the WORST app. Used to prompt me all the time when I needed to authenticate and now it only does it at random times. FIX YOUR APP!

Terrible. Frequently can't or won't display push notifications and doesn't recognize that you are on Wi-Fi.

Was working great on my old phone, but now I don't receive push notifications and have to wait for the push to time out, then enter the code manually. Running on OxygenOS 11.

I need this app for work and works as intended in the most minimum amount but stays on in the background connected to my bluetooth. It's a fairly large battery drain and frustrating to deal with. There is no permissions to change on the app to prevent it from doing this as well.

I would have given it 4 stars, but recently it is only giving push notifications about half of the time, so I have to open the app to approve. It also doe snot seem to work at all with WearOs 3. I used it with Fossil and Mobvoi WearOs devices and it was great, because I didn't have to even open my phone. I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Watch 4, and it does not work at all.

A necessary evil depending on your work's IT practices. since the most recent update however, I can no longer approve from the notification shade. No options are available when I pull down from the notification shade when prompted. Instead the app opens up; slowing down the whole process

It won't work. I had the app on my previous phone that worked fine. It says I need to re enroll if I changed to a new device but there literally isn't an enroll option in the app. I'm extremely annoyed now because I cannot check any of my work stuff on my phone.

Agree with other reviews, app turns off bluetooth randomly, when it is being used with other programs (music). Bluetooth permissions are not even granted or modifiable on app options. Gets 2 stars for working with a pop up notif for E prescribing. We badge in so there is no other reason to use the app other than E prescribe

Stopped getting push notifications all of a sudden. I need to manually open the app to approve the request. This started happening on Android 10, I recently updated to 11 and it's still doing it. All settings in the app and Android are correct.

This app is cumbersome and delays my ability to access records quickly. It also seems to keep running in the background and using up my battery, even if i use force stop. I have started deleting the app when I am done with it and download it again as needed.

Turns my bluetooth off andon. Take my phone off of wifi without any notice and interrupts my phone service. Not happy with service. If I didnt have to have for work. I would totally uninstall and never use again. If I could give a negative star I would.

Since last update it no longer pops up when the request is sent. I have to manually open the app to approve the connection and occasionally have to push another notification. I have the Fast Access feature enabled and it worked great before.

Required app to access work related documents and email. Absolutely garbage... constantly runs in the background with persistent notification, even if not needed. Have to "Force Stop" to prevent battery drain.

Toggles my Bluetooth off inappropriately despite not having any permissions to. Constantly breaks the connection with my watch and headphones as a result. Would love to delete it if it wouldn't mean giving up required home access to work email.

The new version of the app is a very much needed update! The ability to turn off Bluetooth (Simple e-prescribing) is great and addresses a lot of concerns the users in our organization have raised.

This app cannot be installed on a galaxy phone. It is so frustrating to try to use!!

The update is messed up and keeps crashing. The main screen just keeps flashing. Now I can't use it and I need it for work. Please fix or roll back to previous version.

This app is aweful, I can never sign in at home with this because the code given always fails when try to use it.

Inappropriately toggles bluetooth off, disrupting other phone functions. Also does not go to sleep properly--consumed 19% of my total phone battery over 15 hours in background use. I can identify children that can do better app programming

It shuts off my bluetooth and puts my phone on wifi calling by itself. Works only half of the time, very annoying to be signing on to work with this app every time. Please fix!! :(

I had to download this app for work. It instantly turned my Bluetooth off at random. I was having so many problems before I realized it was this app that I actually bought a new phone thinking there was an issue. Do NOT download this app unless your job forces you too like me.

Recent update made my phone constantly restart. I had to start in safe mode and delete app to resolve the issue...I need it for certain things at work so this is incredibly frustrating!

Really helpful application for everyday work! Recommend. The new UI looks amazing and I love the ability to turn on / off features when I need them.

The app says it doesn't have any permissions but it's been controlling the bluetooth on my phone. I'm stuck with it because of my work or I'd uninstall it in a heartbeat.

this app is pretty much useless. Every time I type in a code it gives me it says "authentication failed. Try again." Very frustrating as I have to go into work just to fill out my schedule since this app has yet to work at home

Terrible app. Drains battery and doesnt work when I need it. And worse if all i am forced nto use it for work so I can't escape it. Hopefully an update will fix these issues.
