Issues are checked and resolved. BUT it is difficult to get it to use the issue address and not your own. I've been using this for at least 5 years and have gotten great results.
Had network error first time tried to submit an issue, second time it went through. Let's see how long it takes to get a response from the city offices with this app...
App is easy to use. And response time from the city water department was GREAT! Literally, they came out within 30 minutes of my submitting my inquiry.
The Improve Detroit app makes it easier to submit issues within the community. Suggest adding option for miscellaneous items such as neighbors who have chickens
The city do pay attention when you go through the app with issues. Response time is pretty good. Good Job.

Improve Detroit is a great app for the community! Michigan roads need some TLC and this is how it gets done.
I would give it a five, but the link to the DDOT app should be made to go to the DART app currently out now for regional buses. Please make updates on the app.
We did have a abandoned vehicle and it was removed, thanks, but we do need the curb drain cleaned out in front of 8103 Sirron from all of the debris that is swept into it!!
The Improve Detroit app is great. It's fast and easy to use.
Reported blocked street drain many times, yet street completely flooded during heavy rains. What's the problem?

This app should be a city worker and get paid just like one because it doesn't work just like one I been waiting a week for two pictures to upload

Im great for the issues I have put on the table was handle very very fast Im really greatful of my city I was a lil worried because I clean the streets cut the grass of vacant home and try to be the best in my area with my own money and equiment and its good to see help is here and its not a prolong issue ✊✊thanks mayor and city staff💪💪💪✊✊
Well i rate it later just got in touch with the city i will see what they do .on snow removal and the bump stop.
