I like it but when I go into my history it is blank until I go out of history and then back in and my info is then there. Hopefully that will be a bug fix.

I had the iPhone with 3 different DBT apps, some I paid a bit for (maybe 5 bucks). I am a mental health professional and I never recommend something w/o trying it first. I was testing out new DBT apps with my now Samsung Note and this one is amazing for impulsive behaviors! I have ADHD and love this app in particular to help me with my distractors!

It's not a bad looking app especially compared to a lot of these, but take Android screenshots. Also to material it up, the impulses should be on cards, no need for lines to separate them. Should be able to swipe to cycle through tabs. You could get rid of the symbols and just have the words a little bigger to use less screen space. FAB instead of 'other'. Also having app text all caps looks clean and differentiates better. Ability to add emotions.

I don't think this app is user friendly or well explained. Navigation is quirky. But I like the features and that it's almost a mini behavior chain on each impulse

I like this! Needs improvement though. More configurability, like adding specific emotions or removing accidental check ins is really needed. I love the simplicity and the functionality is close. Thanks dev!

The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have all the skills and doesn't give you and option to add them.

This app is okay but it would be so much better if there was a tab next to history/settings that says "skills" and lists each skill & explains how to do them. I would probably use it a lot more often if it had that.

One glitch - it doesn't save emotions on the first round. . The way I work through it is by pressing "save" (the first round)*just to skip it - knowing it won't save anyhow* - then I save on the 2nd round.
