Would be very useful if it worked. Ever since the update it stays loading.
Needs work. Attempting to log onto this app is ALWAYS problematic. There seems to be an interface issue that needs to be corrected.
Please fix just did an update and now its not loading. It keeps going in circles and never loads. Please fix asap!
This app does not work as it should, I downloaded it per my physician's suggestion for a tele-visit & I couldn't even create an account. A major revamp need to be done in order for this app to work. Thank goodness there are other options out there & I didn't missed my appointment. To be honest don't even waste your time downloading it, tell your doctor to find another way to communicate with you.
Works great when it works. The last month I have had issues with the app not letting me sign on. Ive sent feedback and updated. Still cant pay my bill.

Extremely easy to use. Had to go through different apps for other dr visits and always had issues, this is best by far.
Could never set up an account. But it is possible that it was the office staff not giving me the correct information. I no longer use the doctor that used this app.
once you have downloaded this app if you have a computer problem and loose the app you cannot reinstall it. Stupid.
You can't process anything on this phone you can't go to a different level or anything it's the same old stupid one you stuck on and don't give you a chance to move up or nothing I don't like this game
Never works. And constantly crashing and refuses to give emails to forgotten passwords.
I just dl the app and im having the same issue others are having its ashame i see others reviews i saw go back to march and its still not fixed im not emailing the email the responce is given after every bad review i did call the dr office after hours and they will call me when they return in the morning
Haven't been able to log in. Gets stuck on loading screen.

App could never identify my clinic. I have been entering the clinic ID n number of time but no use. No option to get help regarding the clinic ID

Why is this only available for mobile devices? I need a new phone and my laptop is what keeps me going are apps like these that ruin it. As far as performance goes, the audio sometimes goes out and can't hear the other person talking.
