Why does this system keep failing - server unavailable 🤬? It defeats the purpose when I have to drive to our business premises because the cameras won't connect and the alarm is telling me something might be happening . PLEASE SORT THE PROBLEM OUT ASAP. ☹️

A simple small app, without advertisements. Connects even on poor network connections and easy to add as many CCTV networks in the devices section that you require. Very nice.

Been using this app for a while now along with my camera system but I think it's about time this app gets an update as it's been a really long time since last update.

Server unavailable I emailed support and still no response. When issue is fixed, I will give better stars

Download the app does not work. Have emailed you about 12 times but you haven't responded to me not one time

That app very bad. Because that app no have playback.. How to that app play back video.. Can't play back

I have new mobile.Samsung M51...now I am unable to install imseye in this mobile..my earlier mobile was Samsung G Pro 7 had this app...please guide

One day good, one day bad. What a pity that this app is no longer updated.

had it for 7 years now love it but the only thing is that it's not had a update since 2015

I would have given a five if it dsnt hang soo much...half the tym it says server unavailable.. It dsnt allow me to see at the need f hr...plz fix this..its irritating when your only relying on this...otherwise its good only when it is working...please do let me know why it says server unavailable most of the times..

Very good App works well, But always hangs after some time of streaming vid.you can take 5 star if you fix the hang and make it more real HD Video capable.

Had this app for nearly a year now. Apart from the less than great streaming to my phone, even on wifi it says network state very poor??, there is an issue with not receiving alerts that my cctv has detected motion unless I actually have the app open and am watching the camera feeds..... this is no good and needs sorting before I can give any more stars. In general its ok if I just want a quick look at what is happening at home but no good at being alerted if something is going on and my phone is in my pocket. Other apps like meshare and zmodo can do this so why not this one??

Worked intermittently when first installed but hasn't worked for about 12 months. I've reinstalled it but still nothing. Rubbish😣

Seems to operate most of the time on wi-fi and 4g but gives the wrong device names. eg. home/away get confused.

Totally Unreliable. Constantly getting a "server unavailable" message. You cannot rely on this to work when you need it.

Works great now that it supports android 5.0. I was so frustrated because a different app called "HDEye" was what came with my DVR and I was not able to mobile view the cameras when I upgraded to 5.0. I found this app from the developer website and I was blown away with the quality of it.

When i open the cameras one or two open but the reat wont. If they don't open it takes more then 10 minutes to do anything

Good app, but it would be very good to be able to view 9 camera grid so that 9 camera can be viewed at the same time. Much appreciate if an update can be developed

If your IMSeye (new) app ceased working in Android 5 (lollipop) then install this one instead as it works properly.

I'm using version 3.4.1 and even though it connects and I can only see 4 cameras at a time. This is useless. Also none of the buttons at the bottom of the screen are functional, it seems they are all disabled. It works but not very useful.

Very unstable, doesn't work well with split screen mode

After the new update. Application takes long time to connect with dvr.
