imToken - Bitcoin & Ethereum Wallet

I just received 2029 usdt on my account and after 2 minutes it has been transferred to unknown address even I just opened the wallet and do everything on the right way ... no one sure have my password or log in details, I sent also an email to the support but no answer at all, I've read many reviews who faced the same problem as well so any help or the wallet is not safe at all?

Best UI/UX multi chains wallet, fast & smooth. Been using Imtoken since 2019 and devs update regularly with every new chain coming. Wish it has an easy & secured cloud backup option so new users do not have to deal with secure their own seedphrase

So far really bad. I withdraw some money; the app says it was successful, but the money never got to my deposit account in Binance. If the money doesn't get in it, I will make a new review. TREAD CAREFULLY with this APP! I have been contacting this support for 3 days.

Imtoken can become less secure of a Crypto Wallet if you don't back it up. Please don't expect them to protect your assets for you. Always place extra security measures. And, if your being spyed on, Imtoken is probably one of the best apps to find that out!

This is totally fraud wallet. Don't do trust on this wallet. They steal money without any notic. I was sleeping when I woke up I saw a notice someone send USDT successfully I had 1000 in my wallet. So I request everyone don't download and use this.

It does work and it does indeed keep cryptocurrencies as a legit wallet, this is not a Scam... But I must admit it takes over HALF AN HOUR to transfer anything, any currency and crypto from place to place. It's slow but it is safe!

This app is a scam. They withdraw customer usdt without his or her knowledge. They are thief. Please never believe them. My friend money(500k) in the app has been send to an unknown address.

Imtoken has been misbehaving since its last update. Which I subscribed to yesterday.

I have been proper scammed by this app. I've had €3200 in this account and today some one has hacked In my account and has taken all the money. I have never given anyone my password or mnemonic words. I thought this wallet was supposed to be safe and secure? Developers please help, I've sent you an email

The app customer support replies, but they take long, there is no call support, the security of ur wallet in this app is 0, if u keep ur money in their wallet...just assume it's gone ...there is no authrization what so ever and my money was sent to other wallet. Total scam of an application

My money has been stolen by this wallet without my acknowledgement. Suddenly i open this application and got a notification all my money has been transfer to another account ID without my acknowledge. Please be carefull in this apolication. Dont install this application

They Steal! they transfered my own money to ok-token without my permission. and can't withraw it back. its been more then 2 weeks their support is not helping either. they say "system that" "system this" they just don't care thieves!

Same today my imtoken wallet balance becomes zero..with my knowledge or token approval or QR code or any scan Without my permission or knowledge how they can take .. I never shared any password or private or back memory or security... Very bad experience froude..done with me badly

In the beginning, deposits and withdrawals were done regularly and well on the specified dates, but then the withdrawals became very slow and took long periods of time to appear in the account and it became a very bad application. This app is big fraud please uninstall it from your mobile otherwise it will empty your wallet, today I lost all my funds. Yesterday I have deposited. Please aware others also... Its 100% scam and looting the money of innocent people. I have seen your reply of every review is the same. who is leaking he data to scammers, Investors are not sharing the info to anyone. This is your responsibility to protect investors fund by using some security measures in your wallet.

I'm a first timer using this app and it really disappointed me when I could not transfer my money to another account. The address to transfer is correct but it is failed all the the time until now and the bandwidth is also very low. It keep telling that bandwidth is error. For two days now, I'm still struggling and waiting and thinking whether is it a scam app? How to solve this problem?

Good app. Responsive support team. Nevertheless what is the point of all that if I can't read what's displayed on my screen (even with reading glasses!)? The default font size of imToken is small. It does not scale with my OS font size settings. And there is no font size setting (like a zoom slider) in the app settings. I made a feature request, but it has been declined. Sorry guys, but I feel left out. I hope that you will make imToken more legible for all in the future.

Probably the most well rounded multi chain wallet when it comes to asset management, chain specific functionality and web 3 experience. Wish there was biometric confirmation for TRX and dark mode though. Having the ability to favorite dapp URLs that aren't listed on the main store would be great too. It's not the sexiest wallet but it works.
