Very bad experience from very first step, I installed imuthoot app to repay my gold loan interest First of all there is no new user registration option and when I click on login then imuthoot app keep on crashing, it is giving me a msg - imuthoot has stopped. Also I would like add that I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Now I have to visit their branch for repayments

Sometimes the app just doesn't work! Because the app was not working I wasn't able to pay up interest and then they start charging you penal rate of interest for period exceeded. Do not depend on their app for these interest payments. They just are means to extract extra money out from you.

One of the worst experience with iMuthoot app. I have added my bank account since 2 weeks ago and it is still showing bank verification pending. I have emailed and called the customer care also but I haven't got any response till now. I am very disappointed.

Taking loan is very easy but interest payment is not easy very very bad I was trying to pay my gold loan interest but couldn't do it very worst app really bad experience how many times I tried to contact the staffs but no response please don't go to muthoot finance same time do not depend on their app for this interest payments they just are means to extract extra money out from you I have suggested that please don't hire this kind of employees no response on the calls please consider and take

I was trying to pay my gold loan intrest through your app. But couldn't do it. Tried to contact through your app but no proper response. Very much dosappointed

App get close when I click login. I uninstalled so many times. Please fix the bugs. Till date 30-03-2022 there is no solution by this app. I think above ver. Android 7 (Android system webview services not required).

Worst app. Not able to login from last 3 months. Reinstall several time but still not able to access app. Error notice returned and muthoot don't have any clue about the issue

Most of the time netbanking does not connect. Secondly why people cannot pay interest thought credit card. Third why extra charges are added while netbanking and more extra charges while paying through debit card.... Why it is not being told to customer that these charges are there... It is hiding the information from customer... When people pay online no where there is charge involved....

I just updated the app and now I am facing issues while paying through Paytm... everytime I click on pay interest a banner appears payment failed...this payment system is facing issues... please try later...I request the team to kindly fix this issue ASAP...

Don't use this app. It has issues with payment. Gets stuck after payment. Your bank a/c will be debited but your muthoot a/c won't be credited the money. Install at your own risk.

Worst experience with customer care. They will give many numbers to call to close the issue but still u will not able to find solutions. also loan closure is very difficult. Employees balao very rude

Third class customer service. > No reminders for interest. > Slab changes in 30th day. > No grace period. > Staff is always on their benefits. > No statement for payment. > They ask to pay online, if closes same day will be charged. > Only needy are the customer base otherwise there is no customer centricity.

It was Just an Worst app I have ever seen I my Life 😡 I am trying to Link my Gold loan account to My bank account to get Top-up Amount but It was An week And My application for Linking account is Just In pending status .... And if you ask something from costomer care to link account they just say plzz sir visit to your Branch to link your account 😡.... I just want to ask why Muthoot finance Launched this App If There's every Work will be done In branch office ....Totaly Worst Ever experience

This app is much helpful. But in some cases this app doesn't allow the fingerprints authentication. So please solve this problem as soon as possible

Such a cheater app really this is going fraud to make money I have to pay my emi on 1st of April whole day I am unable to pay as payment as getting failed again and again. And as 12 clocks they double the emi and I am able to pay it means they are running a fraud system here. I have proofs also.

Kindly appoint a new technical team for this app... Everything is going good. Updates regarding upcoming EMI are reaching, but "without due date". So it'll be very good if you remind us with due date.

I'm unable to open the application at al. When I click on login the app automatically closes.. this is been happening from the time of the update, Is there a solution for this which is being looked into as I see many are having the same issue Can you fix this ASAP

After password and username reset, app still through error and received OTP automatically. I about to shift my all loan to IIFL because app error.

It is a worst app ever created by any NBFC. It is not allowing to make a payment of interest. It is a basic feature of any banking app

Don't pay any utility bills from imuthoot. I paid powerr bill but it's not reflecting and I can't see the bill transaction, the money is deducted but i can't see this transaction anywhere. No customer service for this. They said we will get surprise gift if we pay utility bills through this app. Yes it's a surprise gift 😉

This is worst app and muthoot finance makes fool to people and looting in the name of gold loan they says in the beginning very less interest if your are 1 day late to deposit interest they doubleing the interest rate completely fraud finance. I also struck.

Very useful app. It gives complete information. Colour and font everything is very nice.

Not able to login, reset password 3/ 4 times, and on login it just says not able to logij, contact branch and send OTP without any reason.

It's not working... It's really bad experience... When tried to login, it abruptly closes. Any solution?

Taking loan easy but releasing or renewing gold is not easy. Very bad service from Muthoot not from staff. It's very bad 👎.

No response to my complaint and their complaint help desk numbers not responding. Payments done through app with the assistance of their own staffs. But they said they are helpless.. Today I placed my report in this opinion page.. That also they depleted.. So I much worried about my gold and cash

It says update available on play store please update. But the thing is I have already a latest version and there is no further update available. But app still says that I can't do anything. Not able to login. Also I don't know the last day to pay interest. Due date is not mentioned anywhere in the app.

Query: for gold loan when trying to pay the interest amount in app it shows some amount and when u move to payment page the amount 10-20rs is added more why is that?
