IMVU Mobile

They make it super easy for someone to get into your account. They don't send you emails for you to verify if you actually changed your password and instead they automatically log you out of your account. Every time they make a new update it makes the app super laggy and hard to be on and not to mention the surveys are literally impossible for me to complete. I would give this a 0 if I could. I Do not recommend.

This is a really great game, I mean there is a lot of cool dress up styles, rooms to chat with people, and more. But lately there has been a huge issue. Every hour or 30 minutes I get super laggy and get a message saying "memory low" When it is not low at all. I only have this problem with this game. Not to mention how crazy annoying the ads are. They are unskippable. Also the offers for when u wanna work for credits are just a bit upsetting. It always wants u to be a new player. Please fix.

FIX. THIS. APP. Now because of the update, not only is there intrusive and forced ads, the app crashes every hour. It says "Device memory is low." How? I have almost 20 gigabytes of memory. That and the screen freezes a lot in 3D so I cannot move or see anyone new that comes in. Developers, you have really screwed up what used to be a functioning app. PS: Don't tell me to clear the cache, it does not work. Fix your app. I shouldn't have to clear the cache 3 to 4 times back to back.

I use to claim this app as an 5 star game, but the new updates have caused me to be infuriated. It's very irritating to have to watch an ad before entering a room when before we didn't have to do so. Second, we no longer have an option to go back to the old mobile navigation settings. The new navigation is very complex and difficult to use. Please change it back. Multiple people, Including me, are considering unistalling this game becuase of the similar issues we all are experiencing.

I've been playing this for years and it was a great and entertaining game until they decided to add the whole "get vip for no ads" thing. It's annoying to join a room and to see an ad before I can even see the room itself, and then because the ad played before anything else could load, it makes the loading way slower or it lags so bad, you can't do anything. Every. Single. Time. Its a complete turn off and I haven't played since I saw it the first time. I don't think I'll be playing at all now.

I really, really like the game! It's very addicting to find your outfits and build your avi, I just think it can be very hard to acquire the necessary amount of coins to actually enjoy the game. I'm a very new player with barely any money to spend but still want to enjoy myself, and it can be a little hard to do so because of the difficulty revolving in-app economics. The game is really fun though and I don't plan to give up on it. Its got its crashes etc- but I really enjoyed it.

Simultaneously one of my favorite games, and one of the most frustrating. It has the biggest selection in avatar building, as well as rooms and activities for pretty much everyone on here. It also suffers from lag, bugs, and crashes. Despite this being one of my favorite games, I'm considering getting rid of my account over a specific thing that was added in: unskippable ads that play when you enter rooms, that hold no benefit to the player, affecting load times/ load efficiency.

I'm dealing with the same issues as everyone else since the update. Horrible lag, awkward camera movements we can't change, the game keeps closing on me, the game freezes frequently and blames a lack of storage space as the reason, and annoying pop-up ads. I get that ads are necessary, I'm not saying get rid of ads, but pop-up ads every time we enter a room is not the way to go. It's irritating and ads like that kill mobile games.

I've been a long term user. Since '09 IMVU has changed so much. But it's not been bad. Plenty of friendships come and gone. Alot to keep you preoccupied. Free items as well as in app purchases. One thing I can promise. You'll never be bored. (About the recent update) all mesh heads have shadows on them and some accessories as well. Please fix this!

It's just as fun as when I found it in 2007-2012, however the mobile version is much hard to navigate and the shop resets after going back a page, there is not auto add to wish list button which would be helpful. The find match option that use to exist is no where to be found, where you automatically start talking to someone instead of just a inbox message. I do miss classic imvu although phone version has a sleeker look, that's all it's got going for it. Also some device issues, loading issues

They have ruined a perfectly good app for the sake of grabbing money! Have now introduced adds that you can't skip whenever you want to join a room and you have to pay £8.99 a month to get rid of them. They have been slowly destroying this app and this is the final nail in the coffin, way to reward those loyal to you guys, completely trashed the experience now. Oh and the basic £4.39 package? You still get adds with that.

Hey, I hope I'm not the only person who is experiencing an issue with memory storage or loss, the camera is very difficult to preform! When I continued to reopen the app is continuously repeated the same issue all over again! IMVU used to work diligently and would operate perfectly, seems as if it not wanting to provide the server I'm requiring? May I have feedback that would advance the app?

Just slow and lagging since the update. Can't even get a good picture now either. Need to bring back that feature to control the room navigation aka camera control switch. Like as soon as possible because it's just terrible now! Would be more stars if it wasn't for ruining the camera control feature. That was definitely not an improvement by getting rid of it. Hope they change their minds and bring it back. Just a suggestion, but several others agree imvu needs to bring the camera control back

Still needs some work. Definitely needs to let users equip unisex items without being changed to the opposite gender when doing so. Also, maybe separating saved outfits by a list type like in the classic client would be nice too. It's annoying having to scroll down through so many outfits just to find THE one. Also an in app switch to turn Dark mode On and Off would be preferable, instead of it activating whenever the phone's own theme goes into dark mode.

I've had IMVU since 2007. It has come a very long way. Though this app does have in-app purchases and subscriptions, it isn't annoying and you can still enjoy shopping and decorating without making purchases even though it's super cheap to purchase credits to shop and subscriptions for monthly benefits. Enjoy a large variety of customizations from Avatar to home upgrades. I'll give it 5 stars when we can decorate our rooms on the mobile app, which is something I believe they are working on.

There is an issue when I go to post a 2d background photo from my files to my feed it just shows up blank, it's been this way for about a month. It also crashes and tells me "system memory is low" for no reason, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've cleared cache and space, it's not working. It's interfering with posting photos for the products I make for your platform. Pls fix this so I can continue get back to my normal routine.

I've used this app for years, and never in my entire time of spending time and alot and I mean alot of money have I ever witnessed such horrible problems. One. What does low storage have to do with the server on mobile!?! Two background apps shouldnt have any affect on how a room or special effect work. Three. The new pop up ads when entering a chat are unnecessary and are not helping your case what so ever. Fix it, fix it immediately. Your losing players and lots of money over updating junk!!!

Here I was thinking there was something wrong with my phone for months and it's been your app all along! I upgraded phones in late 2021 and ever since I've had nothing but lag and connectivity issues with this app. It's almost unusable. I spend a lot of time and money on IMVU, how is this even a thing that is STILL happening to users? Chat rooms, changing room, you name it, they either take forever to load or they don't load at all.

Everything was going great until I reinstalled the app due to glitches. I now get ads everytime I enter a room no less than 30 seconds each. This is kind of bothersome as I have to spend 1min just to enter a room and 9 times oit of 10 I don't end up staying. I'm watching more ads than playing the game. Also I can no longer hear voice chats in the live rooms and the option to use the old navigation is gone which is disappointing.

I really do appreciate the effort you have made, but all I want to suggest, maybe you put the ads right after spinning the wheel or maybe before instead putting up every time we get in the room because the ads is adding up to get laggy. Just saying! I will put it back to 4 stars or maybe 5 when you get fixed the ads thing on your system.

It's a kinda cool experience really, only reason it's a 3 star for me is due to how bad the lag is and I mean it's bad. I play PUBG and COD Mobile and I've never experienced those or any game I've installed to have the lag this app does. The rare times it does work correctly I enjoy it. You have to sit in a chat room for near 5 or 10 minutes before it clears up. Doesn't last long though. I like it but that's my only issue.

Officially the worst IMVU experience since the new update; Severe lag, 10 second ads that now run before you enter a room that cause loading problems, the fact the new camera movement is now permanently locked and you're unable to switch back to the original is pathetic. They push to become more "modern" and "high tech" but haven't even fixed their current tech is Ridiculous, FIX THE GAME.

I've been on imvu for 6 years. And I am not very happy with the mobile app at the moment. Everytime I open the app and I go to click messages it says "server unknown error" or "try again" and I'll click it a million times til it finally allows me to. Please fix this bug. And the other fact of not being able to post a 2D photo of your choice, its not working anymore, just a white picture shows up and my photo isn't there that I picked from my gallery.

My second time rating this app 1 star, like I said before the app is janky with the random update of ads, freezing and low memory space that wasn't a issue before, also lags before you join because of the ads. Imvu does not care and would do anything for money, all of a sudden there's ads and I've been on the app for 4 years. I'm very disgusted at the fact that this app is turning like the rest of the other apps on here. Shame.

It's bugging awfully, kicks me out saying my device memory is low. What's wrong with it now? Edit: I do regularly clean the cache in the apps and also in imvu and do that especially after the notice and then restart the app. However it keeps happening even after. And not only that, the avi and everything stop working or they keep moving rapidly on the screen. Terrible bugs.

So yeah, my app keeps crashing and EVERYTIME! I join a room, it's been like 2 months now and it's still doing it, and also with the new ads I feel like that's a MAIN reason as of why the app crashes, we can't join a room and load it if an add it's in the way at the same time, like come on, people buy gamepasses everyday, I'm pretty sure yall not in that much of a need to the point that you have to start putting ads, it's getting ridiculous tbh

been playing since 2018, and hadn't had any issues until this new update started. whenever I hop on the app, it wouldn't even load and would tell me to fix my internet so I would have room restart my phone or reinstall. when able to hop on, I'm greeted with ads, which do get annoying, but when I click off the ad I'm booted off the app entire and I have to login back into my account.

The app has degraded. It keeps on crashing, says I have low system memory! I have cleaned my system and I have updated every supporting application, but the game still doesn't work properly. This issue wasn't there earlier, recently the app has started showing ads in between and which is why the app doesn't function well and keeps lagging. My systems are clean and network is absolutely fine, and which is why I know the problem is with the app.

*update information I forgot to add: i have uninstalled and re-installed the app, I have force stopped, i have cleared the cache, I've tried the app on other devices. I have a Samsung Note 10+. I still have these issues and I've told support I've done all these things already but still* I'm more of a pc user but this app works just as well. Lately I've had issues with outfits glitching, skin looking discolored. Can't use withmoji or post a 2D photo. Support is working on it.
