Can't open it without it crashing. Unable to do updates, download "playbooks" etc. Apple users at my facility have no issues.

Listed items does not refresh properly when downloading plans and rotating screens. Despite having no media content and having already downloaded the plan, the content loads very slow.

App refuses to run unless you give it every single permission it wants, and it wants excessive permissions. I don't need it to control the flashlight because I already have a dedicated button for that. I don't need or want it to be able to add contact entries for emergency numbers. But the poor design can't accommodate individual preferences.
