iN•Command

I am not sure what happened. In October 2018, the app quit working with my system after working wonderfully that summer (purchased the rig new in June 2018). I didn't even try to use it during the 2019 season. I just tried it again and now it works again. I had upgraded my phone in late July but it had worked when we went out in August. I hope it continues to work from here on out. I like it when it works.

I have to completely shut down the control panel just inside the front door of my RV. When I rebooted and turn it back on my phone will only connect via Bluetooth for one day or so which makes this app useless when I pull into my driveway and I am unable to turn on my awning lights at night. There is a serious problem with the panel not staying connected to my phone even though my Wi-Fi in my home is perfect.

newbie developers Does what it is supposed to but with notifications interrupting regular phone usage, the app is just garbage. I know the team probably worked hard on this app, but y'all need a better dev team. I constantly have to force quit the app to use my phone because the Connecting notification keeps popping up while I'm using other apps. it's not hard guys, come on. Credentials: I'm a computer engineer with plenty experience.

Great app for 1 hour. One hour after installing it on my phone, it stops working. To make things worse, it caused the DC to not connect with the BCM. I'm camping and can't work anything on my trailer. Thanks for nothing!

Won't work at all after update. A lot of us rely on this for our trailers, hurry up and fix it. After the reply from ASA Electronics and uninstalling the old app and installing the new app, everything is up and running now. Thank you for the fast response.

Ridiculous how worthless this app is. Won't connect to DC. Was working ok until a few days ago. I thought it was my Android, but it had a new update and the app still won't work. What's the point of the app when you have to go to the control panel in the RV every time you need to turn on or check something? Developers please fix!

Ok So I just bought about a month ago a used 2018 Coleman 1850rb camp trailer. The previous owner explained to me about the "In-Command" feature which at first I must say I wasn't crazy about. But I figured I'll give it a chance. I downloaded the app and paired it to the trailer. So far so good. I took the time to figure out how it all worked and I must say I like the fact I can control a bunch of things from my phone! It's cool! I have some open "expansion slots" to add some more things. FUN!!!

It has worked well for months and now all of a sudden it wont connect to my phone. I have checked and it shows by bluetooth that they are connected but after I put my 4 digit code in it wont connect. Not happy.

The app doesn't work. Keep crashing. Will not open. The last update broke it completely. Please hurry and fix. The in- command it useless with out the app. Who wants to go to the control panel to turn on lights ?????

I "did" really like this before the last update which rendered it unusable as others have said. Uninstall and reinstall still wont open... Update - This company has fixed problem with app and also did GREAT job of upgrading my unit in camper. Very pleased now!!!

The app no longer functions. Remote functions of the system are now useless. Reply to ASA: That worked for about two days and has started crashing on start up again.

Wrong App. I tried for days to get this app to work on my Keystone. It connected via bluetooth but nothing worked. i wish there was a warning that I should be using the other iN-Command. The other app works great.

Worked great until update. Please fix. Just received an email from developers with instructions on how to fix the app which now works. Well it worked until updates and then the app crashes again. Please fix the update version.

The app keeps crashing and now I can't even open the app up, 12 crashes in 3 days, your recent fix really screwed it up

Must be a bunch of rookie developers working there. Last update completely broke the app where it will not even launch on my tablet Or phone. Don't you test anything? Latest update from their web page is now broken too. Amateurs. If I had a choice I would go somewhere else.

Worked great before new update(9-27). Now it will not open. Note 9 Update 10-1. Recieved an email with new install. Works Great Again!

It was working fine, then I got an update 2 days ago and I can't even open the app. It has an error and stops.

Just bought a Note 9 a week ago and tried app for first time with camper In Command system before we head off for a week of camping and app will not open on Note 9. Fix or system is useless to me.

When are you going to fix the latest update that completely made this app unusable? Please fix asap. Or at least let us know if and when it will be fixed

Updated pro version app on android and now intro video loops andlessly with no exit or skip button/option.

Good app for my camper. I like the idea that I can do lights on and awning out when it is raining.

Crashes everytime I try to open it.. Please fix soon.. Need it to control the lights in my rv.

Update: installed the pro version (free) and was able to get the app to work as necessary.

9/27 update will not run at all on HTC m8. Can't control rv from phone. Needs fixed yesterday.

Down loaded app it use less.Will not work. Waste of time be nice if it would work.
