iN•Command

Very disappointed- while the concept is good my experience with the app has not been. I have been unable to change the passcode since we picked up our trailer in May. At the advice of customer support, I have deleted the app three times from my phone and after the third time, I restarted the phone in hopes of clearing it. The app, however, continues to reinstall asking for the passcode.

This is a great app, it works wonderfully to control many of my functions in my Cougar Fifth Wheel. It does have a couple issues that can be bothersome, it does not stop or close using the back button so is always on and becomes unresponsive, not sometimes, all the time. I have to go into apps, find it and force it closed or it keeps popping up saying it cannot connect when I'm out of range. Also, when I go to a function, say HVAC, it does not go back to the main by clicking the back button.

In command app used to work and about a week or so ago stopped working. Won't connect. Tried uninstalling and reloading app, along with bluetooth unpair and repair. Both successful. Still won't connect. Stalls at "connecting to rv" message. Never did control air conditioners (3) but was handy for rolling in /out awnings (2). Would control inside lights though. VERY frustrating.

I use the rv sync to customize the app to my Montana fifth wheel floor plan. Worked great, then after the latest update, the app started to indicate the water heater is off when it is really on. If I reset the app to the base configuration, it indicates water heater status correctly. Re-sync app to my Floorplan, and it indicates incorrectly again.

Unreliable! This app needs fixed. It freezes all the time, daily. Error says account not found. Two minutes after starting the app it fails and restarts and I have to tap the dismiss button several times before I can close the app and if I don't close it I can't use it. It does the same thing on my husband's phone. Also cannot use it wifi only Bluetooth making it useless to use as advertised. Worse is that we have no other way to control our system except by the panel and a constant logging in.

This App only lets you see your InCommand controller using a Bluetooth connection to your phone, or maybe a laptop. DOES NOT WORK OVER AN INTERNET CONNECTION! If you want to verify it doesn't work over an internet connection, go to WIFI on your controller pad and tie into a known good internet router, turn off Bluetooth and try to access over Wifi. Won't work. When does the developer plan to fix this, or do they?

Piece of trash. Randomly loses connection to WiFi and Blu tooth or simply refuses to connect. Global Connect feature only works when it feels good and ready, like someone at a nightmare DMV office. Slow. Uses up so much WiFi bandwidth on my phone that I get warning messages. I have tried two iPhones and one Android with it, but it misbehaves with all of them. It has done this same routine with different Internet providers and routers. It's. Just. Useless. I would give it zero stars if allowed.

I haven't been able to make anything work yet. This app seems extremely user unfriendly. I've spent and inordinate amount of time watching videos and searching for direction. My gosh! I'm not new to using apps! Why the complicated process? I've sent an email to support. We'll see. I did finally get it connected, but using it seems to be the next hurdle

Update: I lowered it to one star, because I really don't like that as soon as your turn on bluetooth it starts searching, and when you're out of range it just keeps searching, and cancels out what you're working on. Tired of hitting dismiss every 5 seconds. Annyoing app

Locks up my S9+ phone once I move out of range. I cannot even restart my phone for about 5 minutes then the my phone allows me to restart. Had this app for 3 years now. Worse I have ever seen and thought I would try it again today. Waste of time. Bugs bugs and bugs. Next rv won't have this feature unless there is massive improvement.

I enjoy this app when it works correctly. I have a Note10+. It will freeze, and when this happens, a developer reset is required. First time this happened, I thought my phone crashed. I cannot let me screen go dark if this app is in use. It does freeze quite often. Am using this to connect to a 2020 Cougar TT

This app does not work with my galaxy S21. I can install it but when it asks for the app over app permission and I grant it there is nowhere to go and no button to move forward. When I hit the back button (which is the only option) it closes the app. I am running android 11.

There are so many issues with this iN Command center. It doesn't always work awnings. When you retract an awning the lights on the 2nd awning comes on. Today, my husband was trying to open the slides and the iN Command would not come on. It is in the repair shop for many issues all going back to the iN Command center. This system needs an update. It is unfortunate that this app controls many things that need to be addressed with several other companies. iN Command is just technology & electronic

This is the most annoying app ever made. It is constantly popping up on top of everything, especially if it has a marginal connection to the controller. I have to kill it every time I am done using it or it makes my phone unusable. I won't even get into how awful the In Command system is as a whole.

Absolute trash. Poor design, and the fact it requires that it displays over other apps means I'm resetting my phone every single time I use the app and forget to stop it on system settings. System as a whole is trash too, who in their right mind decided to make the brain stop searching for wifi and global connect after 30min of lost signal? I'm ripping the system out and replacing with an LCI system, this one is worthless.

The software runs ok on my S7. The issue that I have is with the way it connects to the RV. i have to shut off bluetooth on my phone when it should try to connect to the RV with global connect. with Bluetooth on i gets stuck in a cycle of trying to connect when im out of range. This creats issues with connecting my phone to my truck using Bluetooth. The software needs a way to select the connection method.

Possibly the WORST app and control system ever installed on anything. The entire platform is extremely unstable and the farthest thing from being user friendly when the constant issues arise.

This absolute POS requires you to let it appear over the top of other apps, so god forbid you move away from your rv, since it'll pop up saying it's trying to connect regardless of what you are doing, like driving for example and trying to navigate with maps.

Tries to connect way too many times to the RV when Bluetooth is turned on in my phone and I am no where near the RV. App messages me every minute alerting me it cannot connect to the RV until I turn off Bluetooth. Messages gets annoying and blocks use of other apps!

A good idea poorly executed. Lots to be fixed but when??. Awnings won't close on this app. Alexa, Google assistant? I have to restart app once a week on a 2021 Alpine! The control pad in my Rv is worse!! Touch sensitivity is terrible, have to push TouchPad 20 times to get anything to work. Really?

I have it paired with my phone but all it does is say "Connecting to RV" and it never connects. Good luck trying to get it to stop saying it. If you hit cancel it just tries again but will never connect. Not even worth a single star.

Horrible app. Has not worked a single time on my Note 10+. Looks like some of that huge profit you made off the sale of my RV could had gone toward developing something usable. I was very hopeful this would perform well but now I will have to wait to see if this app will get some much needed attention.

This app is horrible. It locked up my phone for 30 minutes and took a restarts plus a full shut down to even turn the screen on. No other app has done this. Not the ones for my aftermarket stereos, my other tt or my home audio.

Works OK until an unannounced software update is mqde and the in-command module in the camper isn't updated as well. This leaves your blue tooth app dead in the water until you can connect your camper to a WiFi hotspot capable of running the software updates. I camp in the woods, not on main street next to a Starbucks.

Downloaded this app a couple days ago for my Cougar 5th Wheel. I like the ability to extend the slides while standing next to them and turning on the lights as we walk up to the trailer. Is there a way to get it stop trying to connect to the trailer when I'm away from it? I discovered that if I shut the app down it will stop trying to connect.

The app definetley needs some fine tuning. For example when you set a schedule it defalts to "Auto". You really should be able to choose what mode you want to use and set for any given schedule.

Works ok inside my trailer...where I don't need it. Doesn't connect to my trailer when I am outside of my trailer...where I need it. Would be great if I could turn the heat or A/C on about 20 minutes before I get there so I can walk into a warm or cool trailer, you know, like a car starter, or hey, how about being able to turn the awning lights on so I can see to walk up to the trailer and not trip while carrying bags of groceries, or maybe being able to see to put the key in the door.

This app works very well. Excellent for adjusting the air/heat from bed! Haven't had any issues with the other features either, Everything works as intended.

Terrible app. Takes control of your phone and continuously tries to connect when you're away from the RV. Tried twice and just uninstalled out of frustration. Don't waste your time.

This app let me log in at first and now stopped working. I've logged out. Uninstalled and nothing with work. It finds my phone and say it adds my phone, but I cant do anything. This seemed like a good idea, but sadly isnt a good app or system.
