Not able to book via the app for about 2 months now. I put all the details in, get to the book screen and it never lets me book. I love the service Zeel provides and have subscribed for over 2 years, but the app does not work.
My password wouldn't work, so I did a password reset. The new password wouldn't work. I tried talking to support, they shut me down.. Never seen a company treat customers like this for no reason... Apparently I've heard they treat many others the same exact way for no reason.
I have been a therapist with Zeel for 2 years. In that time, I have seen hundreds of happy faces. They are doing a great service. Yes, it is more expensive than local shops or individual therapists, but you get the benefit of having a team of therapists to back up your preferred therapist when not available.
Their service is terrible. If you dont cancel by the time of your appointment they charge you the whole thing. i dont mind paying some of the fee but the entire fee?! my phone broke. how was i to cancel the service? i just recently got a new one to find out im still charged full price. please dont use this service. for people like me and others that they unfairly treat.
I've just experienced what many others here have. One day your login doesn't work, and there is no customer service to help you get back in. Basically they straight up stole my balance I had left. Scammers indeed.
The book button doesn't work. Put in all my information, went to go and book and nothing. I'm able to subscribe and book not book. Please help!
This companies customer service is nonexistent. Most of the therapist are fairly good but, if you need to speak to a real person for to help resolve a problem. Your out of lock. They really need to focus on improving this part of their business.
Garbage. AVOID AT ALL COSTS If the app works they'll take your money and not book anything. They're network is really only in big cities where you have better options anyways.
Attempted to use this app but it wouldn't book the appointment. Then when I logged out it wouldn't allow me to log back in. Uninstalled immediately. Hop on charges on my card!
This industry DEFINITELY needs a Union. I spoke directly to zeels mgmt & they specifically said no hands on & its all ran by algorithms. But yet in text by THEIR VERY OWN CUST. SERVICE REP replies & specifically said that they were waiting for the clients regular therapist to respond. So if this is ran by algorithms like they said & no hands on control then why wait for therapist when client didnt prioritize. I should have gotten the call. & my clients told me zeel deter'd them from getting me.
Cannot delete my account or credit cards. Do not trust. Much better to use Thumbtack rather than this unverified middleman.
Android version very limited. Cannot cancel membership or do other things that iOS version can do. Cannot see ratings for therapists. Can review therapists but not see their reviews or their overall rating (like you can with Uber or other gig apps). Not sure if iOS users can see these things, but Android App very limited.
Worst Customer care service. have been texting the issue for mare than a week and there is no reply.
No one available and the customer service is a joke when dealing with the repetitive app errors
Doesn't work since update on the 15th Zeel fixed their problem. First time a review has resulted in corrections, yay Zeel!!!
Ghost you by giving login error. If it suddenly stops letting you log in, maybe months later someone will let you know they canceled your account. In meantime, you'll waste hours texting into a black hole. Disreputable company and bizarre customer management approach.
Very expensive and unreliable....use Craigslist instead.
After paused membership app doesn't work

Does not work. Waited over 24 hrs, no response from therapist.
SCAMMERS!! They automatically charge you for a membership as soon as you make your first appointment. And I was charged as soon as I clicked "make appointment" only for them to text saying no one was available and STILL CHARGED ME! And they make you jump through hoops just to delete the membership/account. Would NOT recommend!
