Worthless app. Should at the very least show a menu so you can see what you might like to order. Also an order ahead feature would be great so as to not have to wait in long lines. Lastly, as busy as they are, could also have a rewards program. Locations can be found on Google or other search platforms. You don't need a worthless app like this. Guess that is why Whataburger is better, especially in Texas.

Only gives you a location finder. Nothing more. No coupons or menu. Just locations. Might be my fault for not reading app description before download. Thinking it would be like all the others. But it still sucks. They should add features to the app. At least a easy to see basic and secret menu to view or download.

Hey In-N-Out Burger, it's 2020. How about using some of this decade's technology to let people order ahead and just pick it up. Or maybe you just enjoy the extra publicity involved with long lines coming out of your drive-throughs. You can look up In-N-Out Burger locations on Google maps. People don't need an extra app on their phone that does that exact same thing. Once you add some actual functionality to this app, this rating will definitely be higher.

Useless app. Doesnt allow online ordering. All it does is locate nearest restaurant. Google Maps can do that with less hassle. Bad enough their burgers are overpriced and SMALL, the app doesnt even allow you to order FOOD. So much for skipping the long (why?) drive thru lines by ordering ahead.

Pointless app if you don't even have a menu. All the info for locations you can find on Google maps. Delete this app or update it. I was hoping to place an order for pick up kind of thing since no one delivers it.

Serves no purpose. If I am in an area I know, I already know where In-n-Out is located. If I am in an unfamiliar location, I am using Google Maps. It is better to find locations in Google Maps because you can still get directions even with a detour to get food. Cannot be any more pointless of an app.

I have to agree with another reviewer. What this app really needs is a way to punch in our order so when we get to the line they can just scan a qr code, or input a number that would pull up our order, or even just send the order wirelessly directly to the location, that would definitely speed things up.

Just a store locator, pretty much useless. I thought maybe they would have a menu, online ordering, reward points, but there is nothing except a map to the nearest locations. I get more information in any map apps.

Extremely simple app, it feels kind of useless since you can look for local restaurants in maps. A menu showing options and nutrition facts would be great.

App is basically Google Maps specifically for In-N-Out. Does what is described and nothing more. Having said that, I feel there is no need for this app since there is nothing special about it. It's literally just for people who want an In-N-Out icon on their phone.

Apps only directs you to location. Google and Apple Maps do that native to your phone. If you are not capable of using a navigation app but still really want to know where the locations are then this app is for you. For everyone else, skip the app and use the map.

All you get is location information. Hours of operation and directions. The phone number is the same for all locations. If you click on the contact icon your browser will open to the website and a contact us form. However the menu and secret menu and such is all available on the website. Not the app. The Website is where to go if you want to plan ahead and such.

The app is exactly as described. It is a locator only. No menu or ordering features. People really need to read before installing apps and not getting so but hurt when an app doesn't live up to the expectations they have set in their dreams. If an app does have features you would like quit being lazy and email the developer and request the features you would like to see. It is unhelpful to rate and app low because it doesn't do something it wasn't intended to.

This app is simply a locator app nothing and I mean absolutely nothing more. Waste of phone memory. Deleting. Let me know when you upgrade for online ordering. I am walking to the one down the street and cant order ahead... thanks developers. And before you tell me to email I won't so just push it up the chain of command yourselves

Worst food app around ... offers absolutely nothing beyond directions to a nearby store that Google does better - no menu, no nutrition info, no ordering, no rewards, no specials, no nuthin' beyond a waste of space and memory in your phone. Last updated in 2018 tells you how In-N-Out itself values it.

Google Maps is Better. This is only location info. At least with Google Maps you can call the restaurant and see whats nearby. What kind of food app doesn't let you order? They would have been better off just not making an app.

Love In-N-Out....hate the app. No option for order ahead/take out. It's nice to be able to find locations, but without the option for takeout, the app really is nothing more than a Google search.

Useless doesn't even begin to describe this app. Locations and hours are helpful, but the same information can be found on a search engine without taking up pointless space. Add a menu, online ordering and app-exclusive deals.

The app is basically for finding in-n-out locations and sharing directions to them. You cannot order a burger for pickup with it. Which makes it worthless since there is Google maps.

Very disappointing that's its only a location app. Get with the times and develop the app so we can order online like the other fast food apps do. It makes visiting more convenient. Once done I might give it 5 stars since everyone loves In-N-Out!

This app is a dead end boarded up internet alley that's does nothing but inconvenience customer's when it could easily be a helpful way to order ahead. But the real tragedy is that InnOut chose not to use this app to create contact free payment and if a world-wide pandemic did not motivate them to enact this for human safety then doing it for human convenience seems like it's many years away which is a shame all around. Maybe more reviews like this will push for the upgrade this app needs 💯%

This app is an utter waste of space on my phone. It literally does nothing but show you where the nearest location is. We don't even have a menu to view. Uninstalled in under 60 seconds.

Google maps can can tell me where In-N-Out are located.... Add anything at all. In this age I think an app is essential for a business to continue to be successful and adds efficiency.

Can not believe there is such useless app! I'm from east usa where there is no in&out burger, i'm very happy to be in california and be able to have in&out burger. However, this app really disapointed me that it has no other functionalities ecxept store locate. I have been ordered from burger king app over years but I cant see store menu at all with this app. They really should upgrade the app now.

Locator only. It's basically pretty useless app. Was hoping that I could pay order something and pick it up. But this app only gives you the location of In-N-Out burgers which could be done on Google maps

this is nonsense, where the hell is the menu, the whole point of downloading this was a quick refresh on the menu so I could make a list before I went to order, useless, Google shows more info, I will be uninstalling this waste of space from my phone.

It LITERALLY only tells you where locations are.. I have Google maps for that. The whole point of a food app is to be able to order food ahead of time... so irritating... pointless app. DELETING RIGHT NOW!

1 word: Useless. All it does is gives you the locations. Cannot place an order or even browse the menu. Google Maps can also provide locations, AND browse menu.

Only shows location.. At the very least the app could also give the menu. I know it is a simple limited menu but it would be nice to be able to hand the menu over to the uninitiated.

There is literally nothing but the address location of all the nearby In and Out burgers only. There is no menu to place an order. Kind of useless app that doesnt even work.
