Anyone struggling try pressing the reset button as it helps when trying to connect Also if it says unknown ssid wifi try using an older phone as my Samsung s5 shows my wifi router but s9+ wouldn't and said ssid unknown App software needs to be updated sort it out Philips
Unknown SSID even with WiFi on.. seems lik a few ppl have the same issue. Can this get fixed?
I can not get the camera to read the QR its really aggravating to my h of a hassle. smh

0 stars I'd give this app if I could. That's about the size of it a big fat 0. Here is the kicker, even in there Demo to show how the App works , They showed it 100% real and like it really. A CROCK OF CRAP couldn't even get their Own App to work To at least give us hopes of what we might be getting if we did downloaded it !!! So if you want to wasted your time and be a dumbass like me and download it just to get what the demo shows than hey , have at it , and get absolutely nothing ,except for pissed
Awful functionality on second device...won't connect to my new phone through the QR code..app really needs looked at. Considering replacing it's that bad. I'm sure there's better products out there for the money.
You cannot enlarge the pictures to see what is happening. I was not expecting to pay a fortune for video storage. All in all a waste of money.
Works fine until it goes offline (once a day) at which point you have to delete the camera and reinstall from scratch.
Not the best but clear and as long as you have good WiFi it works great..... only problem I have is it keeps resetting and asking for password
The app needs major work. Why can't we save to DropBox for free etc and have to pay such high prices !
Philips fix this app with an update. camera is useless as it falls out and disconnects
Limited but useful. Frustrating set up but once completed video quality ok.
Recently moved from iPhone to Android and this is poor and lack features. On the IOS when you have an event you can view the image in full screen. Also if doest require signing in as soon as you open the app, meaning you airways get notifications! Also when I get a notification why not include the snapshot within it?
Didn't link any device to the camera. Returned the product.
Rubbish! Camera connects to late, app is a battery drainer. Camera stream sometimes resets. Bad, just very bad.
Abandoned by Philips. There are servers you can run yourself to avoid paying that subscription. My problem is with the setup. Why not tell people to switch off mobile data when setting these up? The SSID is blank otherwise, so they never even connect to WiFi. Philips no longer sell these, so I guess they want rid of support. Selling a subscription to see what is in your home over the internet was never a good idea, anyway. There are other ways to do it for free.
