A very basic app that fails to deliver. Set your name in the app, save it and hey presto its back to the default Hello. The app frequently randomly resets the tracker data this also happens when the tracker is removed from the wrist and some data is lost. If you expect very little you won't be disappointed.
Seems ok to use, i do have an issue with the app where it defaults my name to "Hello" eveeytine i save a new name it keeps defaulting back, update: ive just woken up and all of my data has been wiped off, not happy. Update: any chance this can be made to auto sync every hour? My watch sometime resets and i lose all they data for that day
I found out how to receive the data to your smart watch on android you need to go to your devices and then press on the refresh button (it is like two arrow in to a circle) hope this works for you. Overall it is decent for £10 hope you feel the same 😊👍👌😁 (This is with Fitness Smart Braclet)
Doesn't connect to watch. Tried to connect via app but did not work. Tried to connect via phones bluetooth and still wouldn't work. Now uninstalled.
glitchy, doesnt show the hours under the sleep section so its guess work, on the ipad the time function works but it doesnt sync properly for steps so useless on both.. this is with the in tech fitness wearable.
Just giving a 2 at the moment because let's be honest it's super cheap so not expecting great things lolol starting with it won't lonk to my phone hahaha I've obviously downloaded the app, reloaded it, the usual but still won't link. See what happens later.
Does not connect to my band. Its definaltly the right app, but it just does not connect to my band. Very disappointing
doesn't show any information at all on phone, it stops connecting with the watch on it's own every time, and can't set it up at all
Rubbish. Pairs with my phone no problem but the app doesnt recognise it so I cant access any information. After reading all the other reviews I wish I hadnt bought it. Complete waste of money.
It was ok to start with but resets all the time so I lose data. Company is obviously just bothered about making a quick buck rather than a good product as no responses from comments on here.
Mine gives error, " an app is needed to use is device " even in the app when clicking the bracelet icon. mad.. goes back to the shop, avoid.
This app refuses to connect to the band, I've deleted, reinstalled and reset it numerous times but it just DOES NOT WORK! 😡
It was really good to begin with, then woke up one morning all data lost, app does not work any more so waste if time and money, now will have to find a different bracelet
App isn't recognized when pairing the watch with my phone. Bluetooth keeps telling me I need the app. Please help.
Useless. Has stopped working after approx 2l months and it was a gift so can't get money back 9 Aug update, totally unusable as charger just snapped/broke.
App is not good so far , any single option not working very well , developer should need to improve this thing. Just alarm things working good.
I found that it constantly kept resting and all my data was lost. I couldn't do anything for long periods of time. Not Happy.
Keeps cutting in and out of losing connection to watch refer back to factory setting and time is on sleep in day and won't change 😠
Bought this today and its rubbish . Doesn't work doesn't pair and I've noticed with the reviews left on here theres no response or help from the developer. Very poor.
Worst app i have ever seen. it will disconnects with the watch automatically it will not connects easily
Not good. Time keeps changing. Sometimes I don't think the information is correct. Very basic when works. Not worth the money.
It doesn't work and won't connect it doesn't recognise the stupid device although it pairs When a name is added it won't allow for a name to stay and resets to hello Should NOT be sold in ireland in Mr Price
0 star was impossible ended up deleting the app n chucking the fitness band spent more time trying connect it to my phone even via the app it didn't work
Wont save details. Doesn't talk consistantly to wrist band. Wrist band seems ok for the price tho. App lets it down.
Doesn't measure heart beat. Is forever 'disconnecting' & 'reconnecting' and for me doesn't show Incoming calls
I ignored the one star reviews for name storing even after wasting time finding for myself that part really is rubbish. I was happy to find that there is a watch function telling me the time, even though I use my phone for that. When the wristband battery went flat after a day, i recharged it and the time was wrong. I had use the phone app to get the correct time back into the wristband. And to use the phone app I had to re-pair the band to the phone. Repair seems the right word!
