I really like some aspects of this app. The guidance for mindful eating is great for example. However I was disappointed in the section that advises you when you need help making food choices. I expected this section to guide me through making choices based on what my body needs, but instead it gives choices of different 'healthy' snacks that I may or may not have in the fridge and that I might not even like. I want to learn to make my own food choices in a healthy, intuitive and mindful way, not pick from a list of what someone else thinks I should eat.
I am super pleased with this app. It is intuitively organized and provides support that helps me identify and "feed" my truest need when I am not physically hungry. I was also looking for something to bring me into my body in a mindful way to assist with intuitive eating when I AM hungry. This app provides that as well, and using it is quick and easy. Thank you!
This app is brilliant I am happy I now have a tool to help me recognise how I feel and if I'm hungry or eating emotionally
This is so easy to use. When I find myself eating out of habit or emotional discomfort, I just push the app and it guides me to a better frame of mind. It's amazing how effortlessly it puts me back in the driver's seat.
It opens with the same 3 statements every time, and pretty negative at that. I do like the concept & feel.
This app helps me take an honest look at my real needs to help me eat and live healthier. There are never any failures, only learning opportunities!
It's a great concept but not quite what I needed. Would like to have more of this type of help
Enjoying the app... But one of my key issues is deciding if I'm truely hungry and this app skips that question(s)... Figuring out why I want to eat is why I downloaded ... Not sure how helpful it will be without that decision tree
