I like the interface and all... but everyone someone tries to interact with me or I try to do certain things the page turns to "sorry no result". Can this be fixed somehow? I really think it has potential and I'm willing to keep it if it gets fixed.
Has never worked for video meetings and now switching to desktop site on my phone does not work. Have been using the video meetings for about a year now, and can no longer do so.
love the service of course but the app is very bad. Please switch the meetings to Zoom app which is used for all kinds of meetings like smart recovery meetings Etc it's a very good app
This app has saved my life, but I can't get the video meetings to work on Android recently. Please help!
The recovery community deserves a more reliable way of getting support through an app. Please get better tech support.
The video meetings won't work. It just shows that tree filling with leaves over and over.
My app hasn't been able to connect to the video meetings for sometime despite uninstalling and reinstalling
The app isn't working for meetings and has been giving me nothing but problems. As this is how I do my meetings most of the time with my bush schedule I'm wondering when it will be fixed

In this crucial time of needing an online meeting I really wish the video meetings worked in the app.

downloaded it and I still can't use it.
I love this app but it has a lot of issues. Everytime someone new is put up to speak I have to go out and back in to pull it up and sometimes that doesn't work. Its not my service because I have full bars or I'm on wifi which is also full strength. Also with this app you don't have the chat going on with the leader of the group so you can't let them know if you have something to say. It seems the best way to use this is on the site on a computer. I really hope these bugs are fixed soon.
Unfortunately guys this was a great idea however i have been successful at hitting one of your video meetings only a handful of times in the past few years. sadly I continue to get log in issues and now that I have a new phone it keeps saying that ineed to download the mobile app which I already HAVE..great! Don't sweat the small stuff Stacey. Oh well, you guys have been my only source of support and meetings so i look forward to the day when i can log on and get in asap. Thanks for letting me share.
I've found so many different great groups that are not close to home. This app/site has a little of everything for anybody! SMART Recovery groups, Agnostic/humanist groups, along with the traditional AA/NA/CMA/CA groups. Although this app/site provide online video meeting's, I still strongly encourage others continue attending local meeting's!
I love this app... would give it 5 stars but it definitely has its issues it freezes way too much even though im on good wifi i still get kicked out and it wont let me load certain things on my info like my home group or sponsor it also wont let me check into meetings i was literally sitting at a meeting tonight and it kept saying i had to be closer to check in i couldnt have got any closer to that meeting than i already was
Things that don't work Can't upload photos Can't access the help section. A member said I could submit an issue. I guess that must be on the actual web site. Very disappointed in trying to understand the app without going to suggested YouTube videos.
And won't let me upload pictures or info. But I doubt care about that really, id just like to be able to view video meetings without getting kicked off for being in offline mode?? What's that even mean. I def. Have data on phone in good service.
Glitchy, poorly designed, and many meetings listed are inaccurate or -- in certain fellowships' cases -- not even listed at all despite being in the area searched. Good idea, dreadful execution.
Video meetings... I'll have a Bluetooth headset connected, and the audio is still through the phone speaker. Can't give better than a 3-star based on that
Can't actually pull up a meeting, really unstable and not worth it. Just get to a real meeting if you can, call someone you met in the program if you can't.
Wonderful website, as I use it for the live video meetings that are available all over the world, but the app needs a lot of work. Basically nothing works right. It's useless right now.
It's coming on but the video meeting option doesn't work and neither does the help option.
I have a Samsung Note 8. I downloaded the app but couldn't connect to any video meetings. It kept showing the tree (I guess it was trying to connect) and then came back with a can't connect to network or something error message. I'm uninstalling.
