So far I am having a few issues opening the app. I never had a issue with the old app. I hope the fix the bugs. Updating.... I have to log in all over again ever so often. Errr........
This app is garbage! Won't save password. Can't use Passcode sign in because the keypad won't come up when you try to access it. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it STILL won't work JUNK!!
Passcode has stopped working. The keyboard doesn't pop up so I can't type anything. Plus autofill doesn't work right. Always have to type the password again before the continue button can be selected.
Worst banking app ever. There are always bugs and the entire app is garbage. You are limited on what you can do and when they swapped everything from international bank their app wouldnt even work.
You cant sign up via the app, u have to go to their cheaply made websiteto sign-up. And even afterdoing so the app doesnt recognize that i made an account and wont let me sign in. This app is broken.
Used to use fingerprints not we cant even use the passcode no matter what phone noise the keyboard will not pop up to put 4 digit pin. Again tried 4 phones none work with passcode..
I haven't even been able to log in through this in months. Do developers even read these to see what needs fixing.
This is the worst bank app ever. Have a hard time just to update it.

This app barely works
The app won't let me log in.
Can't access my account BUT get slapped with a three dollar monthly fee on my 'free'checking account just to mention one problem. I have not been able to access my account for over a month and I've made several calls but no one returns my calls. Don't bother calling in they will transfer you and you'll get an answering machine and no one will call you back. I haven't been able to pay my bills because of this.. but do they care? NO !!!!! OPENED REAL FREE CHECKING ACCT WITH CAPITAL ONE. THE END!!
