I have used in box dollars for years and it has helped me so much throughout. I'm glad they got better options for paying out like PayPal I've never had a problem receiving my money when I needed it even when it was up to $30 for checking out. My only problem now is the delay payment up to so many weeks and it's hard to check them all because they have been known to make a few mistakes about pay out on surveys. Everybody makes mistakes ,but there prompt about resolving.

I have been trying to redeem money earned but I keep receiving an error that says that there was a problem sending a verificatiin code. Had to go through an account verification by sending a copy of my drivers license which is very unusual compared to other survey apps. From the time I sent my first email to customer service it's been a month of messing around and still no solution. Total scam.

This app is great. The only issue I have been encountering recently is that when I try to do a survey through the app. The app is not showing the whole page of the survey. There is no way to scroll down to see portion of the next question(s) and/or even the next button. I have no issues with doing surveys on their website. So far other than that the app is good. Please fix this glitch as soon as possible. Thank you.

Horrible app! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! I over $30 ready to cash out and they won't let me. I have talked with PayPal and they said everything was good on their part. It is next to impossible to get inbox dollars support on their app. When you do find it and and fill out a ticket it says it can take up to a month to receive a reply. A MONTH?!?!?! Absolutely a scam. You sure do have a lot of 1 star ratings!

This app used to be good, but the past few months I have had much difficulty getting my game offers to register and even trouble getting some games to install through inbox dollars. I have tried putting in a ticket on two different games and it tells me I am not filling out the required information, but I have filled out all the boxes it has available. It is highly frustrating to spend a month completing a game offer and not get the cash offer for it because it is not you cannot put in a ticket.

I actually liked the initial idea and start. I cant earn anything though. Every time I try to take a survey I spend about 5 mins answering questions and it then tells me I need to sign my e-mail up. I've already done that and recieve e-mails. Exiting the screen makes me exit the survey and lose all credit but there is literally no way to get past that screen. I tried putting in my info again and it still doesnt allow me to pass. Bummer bevause I liked the idea of the app.

Legitimately compensates users for completing tasks and taking surveys among other objectives. Provides a great cash back "rebate* for some everyday purchases and advertises new products with a cash abck incentive. The serveys seem to be a very slow process to collect a cash reward, And after I did the first few rebate offers the ones available don't seem to be worthwhile. I have earned and been paid out around $100, so it's worth a little bit or your time

You can actually make a decent living doing this LOL and a lot of the things you need to complete are fun like games and stuff. if you like signing up for free stuff this is where to go as well. If you ever have any issues support is always super helpful and usually gets back to you super quick with a resolution. If you're looking for a surveying or get paid to play side gig in box dollars is the most legitimate one you will find and the payouts are good.

Has come so far! It's my Favorite Now! Their offers pay twice as much (give or take) than their competitors. So many more choices to choose from. Annnnnd the opportunity to passively earn 30% off of all your referrals for LIFE?! Wow. It's just the best. They still need a paypal option to cash out on, but I have faith that they'll get that up soon enough. ♥️

I absolutely love this app it gives you all kinds of exciting things to do and it pays you for it who would have ever thought thanks InboxDollars... Editing my review.... I've made over$1000 with inbox dollars. Not gonna mention how much I've spent to make that because I definitely spent quite a bit but all in all turns out to be pretty nice to have the extra income when you get credited for the things that you do that's the problem you have to keep a very close eye on everything you do

This app has gotten a lot better since they lowered the amount you needed to cash out from $30 to $10, the only problem I'm having is in the Daily Goals section. For the last 2 days I have completed 8 of the 9 goals, the only goal I can't complete is the Billy Button. It tells you to click on the banner to Activate and when I do nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem?

I prefer the actual website. Easier to navigate. Apps are never ever as good as websites. I don't get the point of them. Especially when they are arranged differently and use different names for things. IE arcade vs games.

After I cashed out my first time, since then it's been glitchy. I have had $10 in my account for nearly 3 weeks. I was notified from Inbox Dollars that since I cashed out the very first time that my cash out total was lowered to $10 instead of a higher amount. Been trying to cash out for weeks now and it's not letting me. I have made my final decision to find a different app to use. I will not recommend anyone to this app because of severe glitches. I would give 0 stars if it would let me.

I've been using this app for about a month now, and it's an honest way of earning extra cash. The app has plenty to offer. However, there tend to be disruptions quite frequently. You may not qualify for all surveys, and a lot of game challenges are impossible to meet in time. Sometimes surveys repeat, or don't load at all. But, overall, I love using this app and i find it fun.

I love the app. Just recently started using it again and I'm having trouble with cash out to my PayPal. I've always used same accounts but it keeps giving me error. Would be 5 stars if I could cash out to my PayPal. I love that amount was changed for better cash out options but it seems to have caused an issue with my account

I wish I didn't always get disqualified on surveys which seems to happen much more frequently in the app vs. the website. Lastly the reason for my two star rating is because on my phone it says this app uses more battery than the other apps on my phone which in return is making me need to charge my phone more frequently. Also when I submit a ticket/ give feedback I don't see anywhere it says that I'm able to.

After a few years, I decided to start doing surveys again. I cannot get into my old account and was saying the credentials were wrong. I entered my email to reset my password, and got nothing! I tried to sign up again with my original email and with a new one, both of them said invalid email! It's a Gmail, so I'm not sure why it's invalid. Please fix!

The longer you mess with this app, the harder it gets to do anything, and I've made money playing around, but the amount of times I've completed things, and not been rewarded, or it even showing up, is ridiculous. I've pulled out money before, but this time around, no such luck. I completed a 30.00 get to this specific level, and guess what? Try to even find evidence I did it. I think inboxdollars is fun, and that's the part that stinks. It's fun to play around and see the various things, but..

QUESTIONABLE! I recently joined and completed an offer for $40. Once I earned it, my account got deactivated for unknown reasons. I requested that it be reactivated so that I could cash out, but they requested that I submit a government issued i.d. Thanks, but no thanks. We aren't doing any stock exchanges and $40 just doesn't justify giving my personal information. I'm out $45 total so use at your own risk! Would not recommend. Seems sketchy

Surveys rarely load correctly and I have gotten kicked out a lot. Also PayPal payout takes a while. Better to do the surveys on their website but a lot of the surveys availible do not pay out immediately. 4 to 6 week wait. Especially on the higher paying ones.

I can't get the app to except my phone #. Also some of the survey start at 1.50 half way through they keep cutting the amount. So 1.50might end at .20. I worked fast and was able to get a$15 payout within 36 hours. The payout I elected to use b acct# and routing it took like 24-48 hours to be deposited but it was very easy and I like it.

I used to swear by this app. Have never had ANY problems up til now. Made 45 dollars within my first 30 days of downloading the app. But now I can't even get into the app. And it's is a crucial time as they were set to send me another 42.50 for completing 2 separate directives. Back to loving this app. Since my last review I have made it back into the app and they have paid me the money I earned. Easy as pie. You find an objective that suits you. Finish it and get paid. $87.27 in 4 months

Very disappointed. Completed an offer, followed all steps & received NO credit. I met ALL requirements. Contacted support & was given a pending credit for .20! What a JOKE! Offer was for $50. Included all screen shots & information. Emailed *14* times & still NO help from support. Support is absolutely ridiculous!

I am in the process right now of trying to receive the proper credits for completing the tasks. I have had to jump through hoops and prove multiple times the amount to be credited and they are still trying not to credit the appropriate amount. I shouldn't have to fight them for my credits like I am.

Videos have stopped working normally again. Videos allow a small amount versus what they would normally allow saying nothing is available. If videos ran as they once did this app is a great way to earn.

After 2 days of surveys and scanning reciepts to make the initial $15 to cash out, my phone number wasn't accepted. So there is no way to claim my money. Forums say there are other ways, but I haven't found one. I even tried to donate it, but that requires a number too. So my $15.15 and time are wasted. Uninstalling. Thanks!

I can log onto my computer just fine, but I put the same values in for email/password and it's "invalid credentials" can't find anyway on app or online to contact support about this, and there seems to be no FAQ about this issue
