InCar - CarPlay for Android
The app is developed to give everyone the CarPlay experience in their car, enhancing their in-car experience. This can be used as an alternative method for Android Auto specially when their in-car infotainment system is not compatible with Android Auto / CarPlay. By downloading this inCar App you can also turn your Android phone or tab into a CarPlay display delivering almost as the same actual features as Apple CarPlay in landscape mode.
The app contains the most useful apps while you drive on the roads including music, weather, audiobooks etc. So that you can simply make calls, text, use maps or almost anything on your Android phone / tab while enjoying Apple CarPlay user interface.

ive seen better free apps, this is very limited, no where does it say that you need pro version to customize app! why would any one using this as Android Auto want Instagram access while driving along with Facebook, only maps, handsfree calls and music should be available. transition between pages is glitchy at best. great app 👍
Doesn't work, cannot connect to phone. When I do try to get it to work, im being bombarded with ads. Sorry, dont want to deal with ads in my car while driving down the road. Not paying for Pro until im convinced it will work!
There is a REASON that this is not working for you more than likely. This app does not do what most are likely thinking it does. This app: - Is an application MODELED to look like the CarPlay interface. - This is basically like a car dashboard, made to look like CarPlay. This app wlll NOT: - Act as an AirPlay server, allowing you to mirror your iPhone. - Allow you to connect as an iOS device to a CarPlay head unit. If you want to have true CarPlay, you'll need to either buy a CarPlay head unit, get a CarPlay dongle that works on Android head units, possible tablets and phones too. Those are the ONLY ways, period. I installed it and immediately knew. The developer has not explained the functionalities well. I'm not sure if you are trying to deliberately deceive people or it's simply the language barrier, but make sure to simply explain in the description that this is a launcher, nothing more.
This app doesn't work it only shows me my phone in a weird game. I end up paying $1.99 and is not giving me option for to cancel my subscription. Also i cant access to the music or the content that i am paying for. Real waist of time.
Poorly made app. I installed this app, and the moment I opened it, this thing crashed. I tried a few times and gave up in exasperation. I did not even get a chance to test this in my car because it kept crashing. I have an Android phone and wanted to use this as my Toyota OEM head unit only support Apple Carplay. My phone is the LG V20.
Or out car play...why not sell the app as it is rather than having folk think it's an infotainment plug-in, you may get more stars from users that way, for all I know the app could be great but since it was a lead to the quite opposite to what folk are actually looking for...I d'know...deception never works, always makes you look bad. Very restricted. Would be great if it was possible to customise what shortcuts were on the main screens. Sadly you're stuck with the apps the developer thinks you need. Not what you know you need.
What is the point? This app does not integrate with the cars screen or system. If your phone already has these types of apps already there is really no need for this app. This must be an app designed for a lifelong apple user is forced to use an adroid for work. I would much rather have the ap that works with my Toyota and its apple programming.
I really wanted to give this app A fare review but I can't get it to open. Every time I try it crashes. Therefore since I can't open it that's why it gets a 1 star. If a patch is applied and it works in the future maybe my stars will go higher...
Since I'm using an Android as well as my car doesn't support Apple Carplay, this is an awesome way to experience the Carplay that I love the most. Really interesting and well perform !
nice interface Just needs the ability to add your own apps instead of it choosing for you. Actually sounds like something apple would do :)
Too many adds. Turn the screen back and forth after every touch. Unble to use it.
Rubbish. Most of the apps widgets shown i dont even have installed. No way to delete them. No installation od 3rd party apps. Might as well use android auto.
I can experience real carplay ui in my android phone. All the apps which are usefull when driving are gathered here. Like the experience .
I'm not sure how to work this out I have a Samsung s9 and my car is a honda HRV 2015 luxury that has a mirror link but nothing seams to connect to it I'm confused please let me know what I need to do to get this running thanks
It is working alright in the phone. But it s not connecting to my Nissan Leaf car which is compatible for Android Auto. What is wrong?.

Useless app. Android Auto uses the car's display! this App just works on the phone.

Crashes on load, phone is Google Pixel 2 XL with latest updates running Android 10. I was asked for which model phone, note original review model is Google Pixel 2 XL.
THIS APP DOESN'T DO ANYTHING IT SAYS IN THE DESCRIPTION. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP .ITS JUST A LAUNCHER OF SOME KIND THAT GIVES YOUR PHONE A CARPLAY OR ANDROID AUTO THEME.
Junk app that doesn't work- rooted or unrooted. Waste of F# time! I want my money back!

Like the idea, but this app is sadly really purly made, and it does not work. Trying to scroll between apps, just makes the app rotate and then back. And it cannot display in portrait mode, the UI elements just gets streached, so opening contacts will rotate in portrait and then back to landscape when going back. All in all, this is a graphics app, made by someone who knows how to build nice graphics, but very limited, when it comes to the code controlling it. Shame...
