Works okay when it wants to, but it's more often that it won't work. It takes more credits away than it claims it will, so you end up losing credits for calls not really made. Overall, nothing but bad experiences with this app.
I have to change my review. from five stars to one star. The app no longer works. It requires some bogus login. There are legitimate reasons to spoof your caller ID. One is that you want to leave a toll-free number on the recipient's phone caller ID. This way when they call you back the call will come to your toll free number. This app allows you to leave a toll-free number. In addition to that it works great.
This app needs an update. If I call certain numbers usually my friends it say I cant call restricted access. And I'll still be charged with my credits. When I call someone I hear dialing tone but I call my friend who is next to me its doesn't ring. So I decided to delete this app once I finish with my credits.
They won't let me delete my payment information, which is scary, considering that when I first dl'd the app, the "auto-replenish credits" feature was already turned on in my settings. I'll bet they've gotten thousands of dollars this way. When I try to delete my info, I get an "error" message saying that I am not permitted to remove my card info. Total B.S.! What's sad is that the app works perfectly, other than this. I've emailed the devs; we will see if they are honorable, or fraudulent. Will let you guys know the outcome. Go into your settings and uncheck auto-replenish!
I purchased credits. The app will allow me to call but once Im connected, it will disconnect and the app will still use that minute towards my credit even if I couldn't complete the call. You cannot get in contact with customer support.
I was able to get help in the support chat and figured out the issue. It took a while but everyone was really helpful. Everything is fixed now, and everything is working as intended. The billing department was really friendly and patient as well.
The problem that this app has is that it doesn't work most of the time. The very little times it does, I love the confusion it creates to the callers, but I think it's important for it to work, right? 🤔 If it was free, who can complain, but it doesn't worth paying for it. 😕
This app is rubbish. It used to work perfectly only a few months ago but now I have 23 credits left but it does not let me make calls. I use this to talk to the father of my child for visitation as he doesn't answer privates. It keeps saying the number I'm trying to call is invalid but thats to anyone I call. I hate this app!!!
After triple checking my credit card info, it continued to tell me my transaction was declined. I tried chatting with support and they answered my first message, only for it to then tell me nobody was available. I decided to try to use my 5 "free" credits, in which it asked for a temporary access code, then told me i had insufficient credits and disconnected...
It makes you buy credits that costs 1 credit per minute. It charges you while it's ringing and doesnt always work. Literally calls some random number and half the time doesn't ring the number you want
App is unusable. Texting results in unexpected error. Clicking on support link results in another error. Calling: Call drops when trying to leave a voicemail. Please fix or provide troubleshooting.
Was good while it lasted. Purchased credits, used daily then all of a sudden it will not let me make calls or do anything else. Tried to Chat with someone, no one available.. Not even sure at this time if it deserves 3 stars.
since when is it not illegal to record audio without permission or notice. Also you could just use *67 and show up as a restricted line. also there are free apps that will change your voice. And not to mention that its inconsiderate to leavw a number that could belong to someone else or the person could keep retrying to call it. I cant believe people pay for this stuff.
I tried to sign up but the button to concent does not work. it will only let you sign up with Facebook. which i did not want to associate with this app... why put a non functional button and push people too sign with Facebook? red flag from the start.
Does not work. I paid for credits that drain without being used. One out of 20 attempts to place a call succeeds. Sends spam push notifications.
they say you are able to change the number you text from... Caller ID spoofing is the Open the SpoofCard App Caller ID spoofing allows you to change your caller ID to send and receive anonymous texts from any phone number of your choosing THIS IS NOT TRUE... don't fall for it... you are not able to change it to whatever you want in texting.... you can for calls that's it and you can change it to their numbers that's it
Was better in the past lately I've had to enter my 10 digit number to get a call through along with my pin. That process is waaaaay too long. What happened to just entering the code and get connected
This is horrible!!!! I paid for text and that's the main thing that doesn't work. I sent emails stating that and I still have not received a response yet and I'm still waiting!!!!
Hi i never leave one star reviews but i got the app and claimed and had free credits like 4 or 5 i think and then i made a call but it used my own 'Phone' app and my own credit to make the call for some reason it doesnt let me call through the spoofcard app itself its annoying please help
as soon as i installed and tried to use i cant make any calls with ot without the app internet and incoming works perfect but now my phone wont call anyone and even after i uninstalled it still wont allow any calls this app messed up my phone
The only thing I wish you could do is send the text from the number you want shown, or I would def use it Otherwise , this is an awesome app had it forever.
When it works I like it.It will say error and you will spend time to figure out what's going on,they updated it. When they update the app, it changes options and you need to log out then back in and dig to find what they changed. So it takes 15 minutes to figure out what happened before you set it up again. That's the part I hate.
