Unable to view pending payments for policy renewal, specifically for Incomeshield. Only got the notice of payment through an SMS. Would be great if it shows up on the app too.
NTUC Income will send you an email, followed by SMS to tell you that you have a letter and you've to download the app, log in and read the letter! It's this more efficient than sending out hard copies of that one letter? Wonder why these mega enterprises are so inefficient with all these redundant apps!
Bad experience using this app. Despite keying in the correct user credentials and resetting the password twice, I still cannot get beyond the login page. Repeatedly reported that the login details are incorrect. Uninstalling the app and just revert to the website to view my policies.
Can't even log in, what kind of a joke app is this when I can't even log in and it keeps telling me my user ID and password are wrong when I can log in perfectly well on the website. Hopeless!

Always prompt no network connection available and freeze upon starting the app.
Keeps saying my credentials are wrong but I'm able to login via the site..
So slow and full of bugs that it's unusable.

Poor interface. Was not properly planned out during the creation of this app. Not user-friendly. Requires re-logging frequently and otp pin to log-in everytime. No detailed information on personal insurance policies or any uploaded copies of policies. Requesting the withdrawal of cash benefits still needs to go through via emailing to your insurance agent using hardcopies of scanned authorisation forms, bank details & info, and NRIC. When actually, it could all be done through the app itself.
The tool did not show that I have outstanding payments nor sent reminder to make payment, and my policy wording is not in the tool. So tell me why should I use this tool?
This app has 1 star ratings as tops! Says it all. It is absolutely the worst app ever. Keeps kicking me out. Have had to log in 5x just browsing my account alone. Unresponsive most times. No indication to the user if it is loading. Policy statements do not show up. TERRIBLE. Definitely uninstall
Very unstable app especially recently. Takes so long to log in. Orange health doesn't seem to be able to sync to my Fitbit from last night onwards. This still happened even after I uninstall and re-installed the app. Worse is that their are challenges ongoing. Pls fix your app.
Yay! Problem fixed! Now the log-in and device stay registered. Thank you! ************* Frustrating! After the lastest update, I need to sign in every single time! Plus need to register device for syncing every single time I logged in! What's happening?! Please fix this. Thank you.
It stops to sync with Samsung Health (I have Samsung watch). New update can only sync with Google Fit, Fitbit and Garmin. If someone has Samsung watch, will the person still wear Fitbit or Garmin watch? Now just sync with Google Fit, hope the steps recorded is accurate (but I jog only with my watch, not with my mobile phone)
suddenly refuses to sync with samsung health. wrote in to the CS team per the help page and they actually replied that my email is not registered with them, they need my policy number to check further. it is an app sync issue, why do you need my policy number? is this a way to stop people from earning points and save the cost of vouchers? disappointing.. and no developer team is following up here on all these tech issues?
I want to make changes to my motor insurance policy via the app. However after I keyed in all the details, it does not go to the next page. It keeps asking me to enter my information again and again. You advocate we should do use the online services as much as possible, but your app just failed to work!!!
App is requesting users to change from Samsung Health to Google Fit. Unfortunately the synching with Google Fit doesn't seem to count steps properly. I'm forced to stay with z Samsung Health and may have to uninstall this app if integration with Fit is not fixed. Edit: Seems to work with Google Fit now. Updated rating to 4 stars
Yesterday, the Orange Health module refuses to sync to Fitbit. Even though my Fitbit data is sync. GE app was able to get data. Orange Health just refuses to update correctly. Today sync show I was ptobably bedridden, since zeros steps. Quite bad

Syncing to Google fit is terrible. I don't understand why it's so difficult to sync. MySingtel app has no problems in syncing with Google fit.
Absolutely useless app. For the first time, I'm installed an app where none of the icon are working when I press them. Installed and reinstalled the app 3 times and still the same. Can't purchase any product or see info on anything. Waste of time.
