Income tax return filing App

Had a perfect experience with this company. Another consultant I had met, had created a very high estimate of tax and was not very helpful when I requested to optimize. myITreturn on the other hard, was not only supportive and patient in recalculating the estimate several times, also suggesting where necessary on how to optimise the estimate. I will be filing through this service for several years to come. Very dependable service. Especially the assisted returns which I had opted for.

Very bad customer service. They are not even professional enough to respond to the email sent. No contact number provided hence can't talk to them either. The experts were supposed to review my tax returns and file but even after 15 days no updates from them and deadline is approaching. Even after multiple reminders, no one from the team is getting back to me. Avoid there service.

Don't use this app or any service provided by them. The information regarding the charges are not clear on website or app. They are charging on monthly basis without prior information to us (auto debited from credit card). They will close the service tickets without resolving the issue. Also whatever subscription or ad-ons they are activating there is no way to unsubscribe or deactivate it. There are other apps /websites which are offering this services free of cost.

Pathetic... Myitreturns... please do not go with them for filing... Paid fee and submitted details a week back and until today the last day for filing they have not done it and have not reached to me... Utterly pathetic service You can't even talk to them in phone always a one way communication no facility for a follow on question and follow on issues.... I would have rated their service at zero but Google Play doesn't have that option

Be cautious and DO NOT use this app. I suppose this is a kind of scam now, I am having this ticket # 527259 open since long time and there isn't any response nor the return is being filled with the IT Dept, what is the issue there? Customers are paying for the service but you are not able to provide the same, then we have to opt for filing a case in consumer forum. No more recommended at all... There are several others which are providing the same service free of cost..

Good work guys/gals. Appreciate your efforts in making IT returns so simple with Form 16. There is one problem though. I was using the guide which is written in small characters. There are two places where it mentions to put the figures from item 6 of Form 16B. One of them is total salary 17(1) and then again at taxable salary (don't remember exactly) which got me confused. The totals were not adding up. I tried without Form 16 also, the same problem existed there too. Finally broke the ice.

Worst ever app, since last 6 years I am using this site for ITR, this year also I did the same and paid 235 rs for fee, next month also deducted 235 from my card as said by them that you subscribe for some service but I didn't. And the helpline team wrote me to download the app and unscriber the same, I downloaded the app but don't know how to login with my emial-id, by default it shows my gmail-id and if click Add another account lend me on password page,too much.hate it, nee money back.

If had option of zero would rate that, I filled my return but din not receive acknowledglent of that and tried to connect via WhatsApp no response. If you guys can not help me to get it than why charge service fee

Please don't use this app or any service provided by them. For ITR filing I had used his website and paid 235 rupee as fee But after that every month automatically 235 rupee amount started deducting from my debit card without any prior information to me. Even they don't have customer care number. No more recommend at all.

No ITR2 self filing feature. Seems they are just delaying this feature to push customers to use assisted filing .no responses over email... bad experience this year. Clear tax is better option.

I paid more than 4000 rs to file my return. It is stuck under expert review for 4 days. They are not letting me download json so that I can file my return myself. I have been writing on whatapp, raising tickets, writing mail but no response. Why would someone use a service? so that people can save some time. Such a pathetic service, I have not seen anywhere in the world. I will wait for a day otherwise I will start filing myself again...

Pathetic app and in web mode there are login issue and can not create new account, even can not login with existing login details. In app, after receiving OTP can not proceed further, it keeps ever connecting to secure server, jason file not downloadble, after providing IT login details too myITreturn team seems sleeping. Please refund the fees i paid at the earliest for your failure to provide any service... zero star

Very good follow up. Whatsapp facility is good. But there is no room for improvement. Robotic responses will not do. Dedicated person to attend whatsapp during g specified time however short it may be. Overall experience is very good

Pathetic, I filed my documents on 10 th Dec and paid Rs 1133/- No response, no confirmation mails etc. When I log into the site again it is asking me to start afresh. I logged into The Govt. Income Tax Portal and completed the filing and submitted the everification in less than 30 minutes. Please arrange to refund back my payment.

No customer support, and no confirmation on the ITR acceptance even after the payment is done. Its been more than 3 days. I used to file my ITR via this app, but this time faced lot of issues.

They dont allow foreign mobile numbers but allow NRIs to come taxes. They dont respond to messages or mails and no way to call them. I have been using them for 4 years but this year may be the last

Better to switch on website rather than wasting time on app. Too slow and hell lot of bugs.

Such a Unprofessional Team which I've ever seen. The customer are in need to followup each and every time. Money was deducted without providing the Service. And so claimed for refund for soo cheap service but not replying at all. Then why do you guys have a thing called Mail ID, to fool the customers? Customer Satisfaction is the key thing for any Business and your Team is 0.01% in it when it comes to resolve any problems.

The most pathetic app for tax filing. They will ask you to pay money for tax filing. Once you pay money, they will be gone. There is no helpline numbers where you can.. There are some bunch of thieves who are playing with our money. Don't use this or pay money on this app....

This Application is really useful and meaningful for me, We have many options in the market to fill out income tax but best services always have some value or cost. I am happy to use this application for all my need and does not matter for me if I am paying some amount for best services. Thanks, Team

These guys charge you every month.... You will not realise what was it... Then when you contact them they will tell you follow pathatic long process. To stop it... Imagine i found blocking my card simple than those instructions...yes its auto deduction every month ... If you do not want to get trapped do not even touch this app

everything went well with the information to be submitted for filing the IT returns. once the payment was done i did not receive any update nor any mail stating the further process of retrieving the hard copy of ITR form that needs to be signed and submitted. Still waiting for the update. still clueless of when the ITR will be filed from their side

The app does nothing to help you get better service. I have been struggling for 3 days now and their whatsapp response is pathetic....no response in last 16 hrs

It is forgery, they will not do the file, they are cheater. Once you file , you can't see your filed record, they delete all history.

My tax filing is not complete. Even after making payment and repeated reporting via email, chat and submitting ticket. Service not good.

Have seen ever worst app, its website and this company who never care about customer. I have given all my detail on 4th November and prepaid return filing charges as 708 rupees GST Invoice #837372. Have given lot of reminders no one care about. Please don't use this app and website. Its totally useless and wastage of money and time. They don't have customer care number. I am surprised how they are claimimg and advertising as MIETY best app for aatam nirbhar bharat. Will never refer this app.

Horrible service and they don't respond to mails I have submitted my return 3 days ago and they selected for expert review and it's still not processed. I have already sent numerous mails, there is no response. Is there a number i can call?

First of all stop telling that connect on whatsapp for resolving issue. That's pathetic assistance there. It has been 2 months since I filled my return on your website and did payment. Still l, it's not submitted. What a mess.
