Simple to use app with a simple interface, just upload your documents and the experts help you out with the forms and payments for the same. Customer service is good as they are available at all times to help out with the filing process. Good app, everyone should use it.
This is a great app, I have been using it since the last 2 years and e-filing becomes easier every time. It has really helped me save time as I don't have to do much except upload the documents and the tax expert takes care of the rest for me. The services are really prompt.
Thanks for this app, my IT returns got filed in just few minutes without any hassle. Very easy and user friendly app. You get to file your returns at much cheaper rate than what professional CAs would charge just to upload your form 16. Good interface and very user-friendly, one needs to just upload documents and experts will help you out with the whole process. Customer service is available at all times to help out with the filing process. Good app.
Caution. This app is not registered with IT dept for filing return on your behalf. It does not mention pricing of their services. You are thus forced to fill and upload your all data. At the end you know that For form 2 filing they charge 3000/- + GST. I stopped at this stage and deleted my filled in data but their system still preserve all data and I was chased for completing data through SMS.
It doesn't work. Have tried everything from uninstalling to reinstalling to clearing caches, yet it doesn't open and I receive an error message every time - "Unfortunately all India ITR has stopped." And this has been happening for weeks. Looks like some bug/technical glitch. Have a standard Android Phone (Samsung Galaxy) and all my other Apps are working perfectly fine. Uninstalling for now. Please get it working soon.

It's great app! Provides excellent service for filing e-return. As soon as you sign in and upload all the necessary documents, the tax experts gets in touch with you and guide you through the process. A seem less service, I would recommend everyone to use this app.
A wonderful app to keep in the mobile for filling the income tax return. They help religiously and are pure professional having very good knowledge of all aspects of saving. Very easy to use. U need to upload the required docs and u will get a return call after their study.
Lost the trust in the team working behind the scenes. I had paid the charges and have to write to their support team multiple times. Still I have not received any response. Requested for a call back and no response from their support. For me it looks like a team of fraudsters. Taking money for proceedings and no actions performed. The status always remains In Progress for your ITR order. Very disappointed and bad experience. I never had such awful experience using HR Block earlier.

Even one also I don't like to rate your app, if they provide zero definetly I will rate zero only, more than 70 days over e filing, but till now not received any returns. In app it showing e verify has been done, but in IT webpage showing e verify still pending, which is the correct one, very worst service also and please you all don't use this app, better to go through auditor or you can directly apply through IT homepage. Please all don't use this appppppppppppp

This is a brilliant and easy app for users like me that don't know the first thing about how to file tax or ITR. The process seems so simplified and the CAs are very helpful too.
