The application 'Income vs expenses' is a best way to expense control and manage home budget.Thanks to build in functions allows you to easily log daily expenditures and incomes and costs incurred in terms of which creates the user. Categories allow you to specify whether the expenditures is fixed or variable expense. Categories can be easily distinguished by color. New transactions can be easily analyzed through different grouping and aggregation as well as through reports and graphs. Built-in reports allow control of the home budget, for example, clearly shows how monthly expenditures are for food, rent, expenses for clothing, a car, the balance of income and so on. The main report is a balance where we can on a monthly basis to check the relationship of income to expenditures of yout home budget.Another advantage is the ability to create plans (budgets) that help control the home budget. Using the plan, we can control the use of our available resources and plan ahead their finances. The application has also a module cyclical spending, which save future expenditures. A quick way to add entries is one of the biggest advantages of the application. With a few steps we can add an entry, define your own limit or perform such report for the last year. Additionally, the application easily stores the data locally or in the cloud dropbox. Saving money has never been so easy and comfortable.

I've been using this for a few months now. Simple, easy to use and no unnecessary frills or unneeded information. Quickly and easily enter income and expenses, you can select your date, DELETE an entry if you make a mistake and choose from a number of different formats and reports to view your information. I downloaded and used probably 10 different apps before finding this, this app is hands down the BEST. The biggest reason this is my favorite is the simplicity, bravo guys, bravo!
It was a great app to me. But now it has destroyed lots of important data having no restore from drive if the app is uninstalled by accidently. The developer has changed the backup function. So it may not be helpful for anyone more. It will be risky. please give the outosave option after exit the app
Great private money manager app! Does not connect to bank or card data but user enters all data manually. Needs two improvements. 1. Transfer function to transfer money between accounts; right now you have to add income to one account and expenditure to another to transfer, messing up your overall totals of income and expenses. 2. Ability to permanently remove ads.
I checked the critical ratings compared to the positive ones and a lot more of positives. I think the people who are complaining should go see a financial counslor cause this app is really easy to understand so they might not undetstand any other app lol. It took me maybe 10 minutes. And yes we can delete if we make mistakes, you just have to hold on an expense or an income and it does give you the option to delete.
A fantastic app, very easy to use with lots of features. It could have gotten 5stars, but the process of saving is not easy, straight foreward and it does not save to pdf, and when it exported to xlsx you'll still need to add the data manualy it does bring in the already calculated data from the app. To get my point checkout an app called Expense Tracker.
Very straightforward and easy app to use. I appreciate being able to quickly add expenses and income without jumping through hoops. Would be nice if a future update included the option to add a person so you could see what the household budget is.
I like the app so far. It looks easy yes, but someone unfamiliar with finances might get confused. Categorizing records is not easy, if you don't understand what you want exactly. But the rest is very ok!
Looks promising. I'm still trying to figure things out but I've noticed a bug with the calculator. Everytime I press the calculator icon, it opens a different app. In my case it opens the Ejuice Calculator. Hope, this gets fix in the upcoming update...
Very useful app. Would be nice feature if they can move the pie chart in the home screen underneath the income & expenses instead of clicking the pie chart button. Takes away an extra step and friendlier ui. Still, thumbs up on the app!
this app looks really great and well-designed however, it has no Dark theme and I cannot stand to look at a bright white background for more than about 1 minute .... please let me know how to achieve a dark seems while using your app.. then I will give you five stars... but if a dark theme is not possible I will be uninstalling the app
The app is great, but why are the app creators ignoring all the reviews about the backup problem? If you lose your data, it's gone forever, and that is a huge problem. It's sometimes years of data and that is not to be ignored.
Its a very good app and will help you with managing your budget. There are one or two things that they can add to the app to make sure it more comprehensive. Eg. If I budget R1000 for each person (4) for entertainment, my planned expenses should show R4000 total for entertainment. If then my wife spends R1500, it should show under her catagory R-500 and planned expenses should drop to the R2500 that I have left in the budget. In short the planned expenses should drop as you spend.
The only thing that would make this better would be a calendar view. I've tried tons of apps and this one has the most useful reports and features for a freelancer
superb budget tracker. needs some knowledge of accounting tho, but still its easy and simple for a layman. If you want to undo expenses just rewrite it in negative amount (e.g if you entered an amount of rs.2000 just write (-2000) to undo the mistake). Thumbs up to the developer
I tried to save my reports and all my data disappeared. I emailed developer and had no response to date, 2 weeks ago. What terrible service and waste of time as I will have to install a different app and start over from January 1st
Good app, the only problem is the report doesn't work, it says "unknown error or no permission to save data" The same notification when I try to backup data. Thanks
Very good App. But my opinion Income and expense by person need one account. this will be helpful as ledger account credit debit basis
Excellent and easy to use. Good categorization plus you can customize and also has a handy calculator. I'm new to this but so far so good!!!
The best income and expenses app I have ever found. Please keep a feature to have parent expense and income accounts. Example Tourism xyz.. All income from different tourism units under one tourism parent group
Good way to manage your expenses vs income, I like how you can take pictures and add them also. Paychecks, receipts ect. Also let's you budget and set limits. Overall good app. 5/5
A little hard to set up. Tehn it never asks to allow permissions, but then I get an error when I wanna add a pic of a receipt. I go to phone settings to allow and then in the app, I cant attach a pic, it only gives the option fo take a pic. Uh NO! I, like many people, take a pic when they buy something so they dont have to carry the rcpts...I later go back and input my expenses and camt add the pix of them. Lack of common sense here. It's like you finished the app 75% an quit. UNinstalled
