Doesn't work. Just says it can not connect to server. Have tried uninstalling over and over. Still nothing, my little girl is devastated. She got a few books for Christmas and was excited to use it. What a waste of time and money purchasing the books that are falsely advertised about using them with a mobile device.
We bought the Olaf book for our daughter and this app worked fine, then we went out and bought the Mickey book since this app encouraged her to read a but more. But now, we're constantly getting an error saying "connection error. Could not connect to the server." And there is a retry button which doesn't seem to do much. Considering the app doesn't function, I was hoping to give it less than one star. Until it's fixed.
My niece got these books for her Birthday in September and is very disappointed she cannot use the app on her iPad and nor on my Samsung edge S7. What's the use of buying the books.. Just get a connection error when the up opens and that's it.
Does not work. Period. The only thing this app does is show a Disney loading screen then have a pop up sayibg thatbit cabt connect to server.
Thanks a lot for an app that doesn't work at all. Thanks also for allowing me to get my daughters hopes up to go home and read this book and see her favourite characters come alive, just to be crushed because you guys have an app that doesn't work at all. Please do something about this, I saw afterwards through the reviews I am not alone in this. Fix your app!!!
The app wont work its keeps saying can not connect to server. Have tried installing and reinstalling it several times and still doesnt work.
When I downloaded the app I started it but it kept saying it needed to be restarted due to a connection error.
The app doesn't work. I wish the makers would fix it. That's what bothers me the most, is how there are so many bad reviews, but nobody does anything about it.
Says cannot connect to network wjat a waste of money and time. This is ridiculous that it hasnt been fixed with all these reviews.
I've downloaded this on my galaxy note 5, but it doesn't work. I continue to get a check network connection error. This seems to be a problem with a lot of users. Hopefully it gets fixed.
Would not load would not connect to server yet I have the Internet. Waste of space on the phone waste of money as well on the books.

It's a good concept but it just gives error to check connection. Please fix this problem seems like lots of people were interested but alot of kids were dissapointed too!
"The was an error loading assets. Please restart the app." Every time. Tested on both Nexus 5 and Nexus 5X, both of which are Android flagship devices. If your app doesn't run on flagship devices, you did a terrible job.

My son just got a Mickey and Donalds Rhyme Time interactive book. Download this app, only get error upon opening app. C'mon admin. Fix the issue!
I bought this book for the premise of this app. My child was very interested in using it. However, It would never connect to the server. I was not once able to use it despite installing/un-installing/re-installing. Worthless.
This game is so good but you will gone all day and you won't even want to get off and then on the weekend you will watch it all day and you don't even want to get off that's why I will purchase this game cuz it's so fun😍😘😇 you will love this game

This was a waste of my time to download and waste of space on my phone kept saying it could not connect to internet. So if I could give it a 0 star rating I would.
***update- their support email is not working/existent** Bought the book for my daughters 4th bday thinking she'd love to interact with her fav characters. Nope! App don't work... can't connect. And judging by the last update to this app... it'll NEVER get fixed
Got this from Target for my kids and as others have posted the app does not work.
It won't even load! Same complaints as everyone else has written and it's been over a year. Clearly they don't care. What a waste!

Bought the frozen olaf book for my daughter and trying to connect but the app isn't working!!
Have tried several times over 2 weeks to uninstall and reinstall. Won't even open get error message just like all other reviews says.. connection error. Very disappointing. I only bought the olaf book thinking my kids could have fun with their tablet reading the book and playing along.. had some very upset children over this.. I tried on my daughters tablet and my phone. Ridiculous. Very false advertising!!
